Dragon Mag 330...where is the dread knight prc

Quick question. I just read through "The Umbragen: Shadow Elves of Xen'drik" article(really liked it btw) and it eludes to a prestige class called the "dread knight" where would this prc be located.

The Dread Knight is not actually an existing PrC; it's a unit from the upcoming computer game Dragonshard. The article suggests how warlock might be combined with other classes to best replicate the abilities of the unit.
