Memelith's Inner Turmoil Question

In Fallen Angel from Dungeon #117, the Memelith template has a special quality called Inner Turmoil (Ex) that states it grants three effects. The description only list two effects: difficulty DC save when doing long term skill checks and charisma skills DC increase when influencing the Memelith. So I was wondering what is the additional third effect is suppose to be?

The third effect is technically the Knowledge of the Dead ability, althoguh this got formatted without a bullet point. All the info's there, though, so it's all good in the end.
