Still waiting for Dragon issue #328

According to my subscription info, Dragon #328 was shipped 2 weeks ago. I ordered 12 month subscriptions from Dungeon & Dragon back on 11/27/04 and recieved Dungeon #119 on time.


I'm still waiting for Dragon #328 as well. My subscription states it was shipped on 1/4/05 but I figured that two weeks would have been enough time for it to reach me. Any ideas from the staff as to whether this delay is known?

Two weeks is the standard allotted time. My only guess is the holiday may have slowed it down by a day or two. Certainly, if it doesn't show up this week, please drop me a line (customer.service@paizo.com) and let me know.


328 arrived in the UK on 1/17/05 and should be shipping out either 1/18/05 or 1/19/05 to our European subscribers. I would expect the majority of the European Subscribers to receive theirs within the next week or so.

I dropped an email to the customer service account. This is merely to confirm that email as well. As of the 23rd, I had not received Dragon #328. Thank you in advance for attending to this issue.


I'm in the same boat. No Dragon #328. I have grown accustomed to my subscription showing up 3 weeks late. I just sent an email to customer service about #327 not getting here and Jeremy Walker from Paizo Customer Service said they would send a replacement. The Customer Service staff do a great job of putting out fires but the consistantly late delivery is irksome.
