During a recent excavation under an old estate, an ancient shrine is uncovered. The shrine is dedicated to a vigilante, identity unknown, who was instrumental in defending the city during the siege by the archmage Nex.

Hello All! We currently have a group of 3 experienced players that are looking to game on Sundays. All 3 of us are able to DM but we would also be completely fine with someone else that wanted to as well. We use 3.5 and Pathfinder worlds to play in. We are a very laid back group that just want to have fun while being challenged. Flavor and creativity are what we pride ourselves on. We are looking for a few more people to be able to play with on Sundays because it's just way more fun with a group of people. It doesn't matter if you are a "super epic experience level of woah" or just someone that is looking to play. We try to make things challenging while keeping it fun and just enjoy to be able to lay back, play a good game, and throw some dice around the table... we don't wear safety goggles either. Yeah, we're that wild.

I'm interested. Email: jburt@kc.rr.com

Driven Like the Snow by the Sisters of Mercy.

We've had 3 so far (nearing the end of Secrets of the Soul Pillars).

#1. Cryo-hydra in chapter 4 tore apart the paladin of Torm, but she came right back thanks to a lucky godcall.

#2. Paladin of Torm falls again, this time to a crit from Dugobras in chapter 5. She is raised.

#3. The assassins in the begining of chapter 7 managed to kill the wizard/cleric of Lathander/mystic theurge. Unfortunately, the party had to go all the way back to Occipitus to raise him (thanks to the smoking eye template).

The close calls have been too numerous to count.

Will do.

Please send replacement.

So far it's been the completely buffed Kua Toa Cleric from Zenith Trajectory (my group's nearly finished chapter 6).

Instead of treating the statue as a magical item, I treated the room as having permenant magic effects emanating from the statue. A dispel targeting the statue would be treated as a targeted dispel, requiring seperate rolls for each magical effect.

Remember that Aushanna appears in the temple 2 minutes after the players enter the room with the statue. MM starts preparing after the complex's alarm has sounded.

In my game, the players had a really tough fight with an armored and buffed MM, after which Aushanna appeared.

I ran this encounter last week. The fire giant killed the paladin of Torm with a crit, but after the wizard nailed him with a ray of enfeeblement (9 points!) he went down pretty fast.

I started my group out arriving seperately (but at the same time) at one of the city gates just as it's about to close for the evening. The guards on duty mistake them for being part of an adventuring party and asks the party's name for entry in their logbook. It really put the players on the spot to come up with a name.

I put Cauldron between Calimshan and the Lake of Steam. Changed the religions to FR and I don't really care if the NPCs are strictly FR compatable. My player's will never know.

I changed my address about that time, but never recieved july issues.

According to my subscription info, Dragon #328 was shipped 2 weeks ago. I ordered 12 month subscriptions from Dungeon & Dragon back on 11/27/04 and recieved Dungeon #119 on time.
