Problem renewing subscriptions on-line from website!

I have been trying to renew my subscriptions on-line and right after I click on the billing payment it keeps saying there was a problem in receiving you order.I have sent an e-mail to customer service and yet no response.I know it is the holidays but I would hope you can fix the problem soon or I could get a response. Just in case the renewal is only for 12 months at 1 copy each of Dungeon magazine and Dragon magazine in case the computer glich says different.

It seems you have fixed the problem with the web site so I have renewed my subscription,but I am still very disappointed that I have not recieved and sort of reply to the problem or the e-mail I had sent to customer service.

Glad to hear you got it to work.

Customer Service typically replies within one business day. They are a little backed up due to the holidays, but I'd be surprised if you didn't get a response today.
