That's because you made your selection during the period of time the bug was in effect. The Pathfinder subscription that got created was only taking into account your Dragon issues and ignored your Dungeon subscription.

It's easy to fix, just select some other option, click the "Save Changes" button, then re-select Pathfinder and click "Save Changes" again. I've gone ahead and done this for you.

Knowing that you are working on the bug for the Dungeon subscription,I just want to make sure I got the math right.
Dragon 7 over = 3 Pathefinder
Dungeon 8 over = 3 Pathfinder?

I should get the first 6 Pathfinders for free before my subscription starts. Right?


Dear sirs; I have received by mail a notice that my dragon magazine subscription has expired and I need to renew it. Yet I have renewed both my Dragon and Dungeon magazines on-line,it says I have 12 subscriptions remaining. I placed the order on January 13 2006 and the order number is 608892. Please can make sure that you have my subscriptions up to date,as I would hate to miss a month of what I find to be a great magazine.

I am thinking this is some kind of glich but since I sent this in an e-mail to customer service I decided to post it here to cover my bases.

It seems you have fixed the problem with the web site so I have renewed my subscription,but I am still very disappointed that I have not recieved and sort of reply to the problem or the e-mail I had sent to customer service.
