Dragon 324
It seems like Dragon is goes back on their promise of 1 Prestige Class per issue. Optional Classes has the same problem as Prestige Classes. Dragon magazine does not have the staff or the time to playtest these classes so, they should limit it to 1 new classes per issue.
Anyone else think Dragon should treat Optional Classes as Prestige Classes; 1 per issue?
Also in Sage Advice for 324 the color of the answers has changed. The new pale purple color is hard on the eyes I wish Dragon would use a darker color.
Last, I really liked the Class Acts for Sorcerers its a tough class to play and any advice helps. Also helping Sorcerers pick spells would be a nice follow-up article.

I agree with you on the sorcerer Class Acts article. I think the picking spells article idea is great.
I don't mind the optional classes. I don't think a tweak here or there is the same as a prestige class. I like the occasional optional class.
The color wasn't a problem for me, but it is lighter and I could see it being harder to read. No reason it couldn't be black in color.

Readability is certainly one of our highest priorities (hence the black on white prevalent in the magazine). I think we darkened up the Sage Advice color for issue #325, but I might just be imagining that. ;) Anyway, we'll take a look at it and see what we can do. :)
Thanks!

Regarding readability, you should consider not reusing the font used in the "Exorcising Equipment" article in #324: While it looks cool, it's also fairly hard to read, especially when it's printed in green.
Also, w/ regards to Melmoth & Charles's request, I don't kow if Mike & Co. already have something like that in the works, but if they don't, I submitted a proposal for an article like that just a few days ago... (*plug plug*)
