This isnt much but maybe of use to some yet to run the series. I made the pladain Alek into a female Alixe and cultivated a romance between one of the party members, in htis case the cleric. With the gaps of a few months between the first few adventures it was easy to them togther, and with the flood season festival and the cusp of sunrise meeting there were plenty of chances for dates. Im sure it will make it even more heart wrenching when she is slaughtered at the end of the demonskar and will evoke some strong roleplay.

Funny!
I didn't change Alek's sex, but he plays a role in a romance as well. One of my players is a resident of Cauldron and from the beginning of the campaign in love with Jenya! The problem? Alek is as well in love with her and both of them always "mis the word" each other! They are not realy angry about each other but it's a little bit like the dwarf-elf-thing.
I wonder what the pc will say, when he get's the chance to save Alek in the future (I don't plan to let him die). Will he look away or help him? Presently I am planning the situation where this will happen!
Jenya is presently a little bit annoyed by this and send Alek on a mission to push the problem away, because she has more pressing issues to cope with at the moment!
During this mission Alek will come to the Demonskar...
Another lovestory happend between one of my players and Coryston Pike (from Jzadirune). She fell in love with the rogue who saved her!
