i checked out the new monsters of myth book and there are a few interesting creatures in it and so i made a top 5 over on my channel. check it out and tell me what you all think are the best in the new book https://youtu.be/gzSq8m87_u8

can i ask what was the tone and idea behind the class. it seems strange where some of the skills and feats fits and are logical as with others... its hard for me to understand how it would work. wondering if the feed back you got was to go crazy then tone it down after or is it intentional? as the DM trying to figure out how to have bullets bouncing swords back and gun flying is breaking verisimilitude

the tone of the play test seems off. there isnt any out right cartoonish things in the core book. but this is like a whole class where all its feats come from tom and jerry. its very in your face and is strange. im wondering what else this book will have if this is the type of things they have for a class. i want my sonic anime OC now. smh

ok after reading all this is, is this play test going too far in the jokey way. blowing up mines at your feet to jump farther, shooting your sword for extra dmg, running and shooting guns behind you to move faster. like this is some loony toons stuff.

i made a video a few days ago on how to convert 5e and pf1e into 2e items fast and how i do it. im sure this will help some people out. i make conversions all the time and post them on the fb group so check it out. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ENsfGFSwNk&ab_channel=Theplayerofx

can i just say that summoner really needs to be edited down. 8 paragraphs to explain basic concepts like shared HP pools? i think you need to trim the fat.

will this be getting a card set for the new spells and focus spells?

How strongly would other GMs recommend Pathfinder 2 pawns if I have a substantial collection from the first edition already?

In practice, owning Bestiaries 1-4 from PF1 days, I have over 90% of the pawns in PF2's Bestiary 1 and 2 already.

Not sure what you have in your collection, but if you have these from PF1:
Bestiary 1, 2
Monster Codex
Summoned Critters (or whatever that set is)

I think you don't really NEED the new sets, unless you really want the new creatures. Krooths and all.

I bought the new Bestiary 1 set, probably won't buy the Bestiary 2 set as I'm up to my ears in pawns and really can't store more. Unless perhaps I decide to offload many of the PF1 sets to make room...

new art work is well worth it
