I am an officially retired person. Have been playing rpgs for over 40 years (first interest when my son wanted to play one--I needed to know what he was interested in--I became hooked as well). As soon as I found Pathfinder, I stopped looking. I found my niche in Pathfinder. Have been GMing for the past three years in Pathfinder. Have run several of the modules and the Pathfinder Guild adventures. Live in a small town and have access to PF products through our local hobby store.
So back to my question, wouldn't the acid in the sewer ooze damage metal weapons? Will fire damage the sewer ooze? Am trying to find enough people to help with the Playtest. I have 2 people interested but we can't play at the same time (work schedules). I wish I was closer to a larger centre where I could participate in Guild play.
I usually play a Cleric since I also play a character while GMing.
Any advice re the sewer ooze will be appreciated.

1 person marked this as a favorite.

Okay, I must be numb and dumb today. Wouldn't using a metal weapon against the sewer ooze damage or erode the metal? How effective would a ranged arrow be against the ooze, or a sling bullet? Both are metal aren't they?
Would fire be effective against the ooze?
According to the map, no matter which way the group makes their way through the first area, they would always be within 10 feet of the ooze.
Many thanks for any reply.

Where would Ameiko find replacement workers for the 8 who were murdered by the goblins in Burnt Offerings?
There is her half sister in Westcrown but it appears as if the master glassblowers come from the Kaijitsu homeland.
I'm not sure whether Ameiko or Tsuto had any glassblower training.
In the Magnimar, City of Monuments pg. 30 in mentions there is a Glassblowers' Guildhall in the Naos section of the city.
Many thanks.

How does Ameiko replace the glassblower workers that were killed by the goblins in Burnt Offerings?
There is her half sister in Westcrown but there were 8 workers that lived on site at the glassworks in Sandpoint.
I'm not sure whether either Ameiko or Tsuto have any glassblower skills.
Many thanks.
