Another idea I had stained glass golem. either Rogue or Cleric. As a Cleric you are your own church. the Rogue for that +8 stealth Bounus and if they shine a light at you in the shadows you blind them.
The cleric undead lord archetype is a good place to start starts you with a zombie or skeleton that levels with you and you get command undead and unlife healer is nice.
There's the Breaker barbie archetype and the Smasher rage power. The former lets you add 1/2 your barbie level to sunder/object damage and the latter lets you ignore hardness once per rage.
if you go half-Orc you can take the gatecrasher racial trait to add a +2 to sunder/break object checks.
