If a character multiclasses into the Barbarian Archetype do they get the Barbarian skills with weapons and armor? Or do they just get rage and athletics?
I have seen a few Occultist-Battle Hosts in PFS since book/archetype came out and I was wondering- if you choose the armor panoply bond with Full Plate (as many do) the armor can never become the mithral variety or adamantine correct? Doesn't that limit your character when those options become available in the mid levels as you save money. If you choose the weapon panoply bond then your weapon never becomes upgraded to Cold Iron or Adamantine. So why choose the archetype? So it seems the Battle Host is a flash in the pan at levels 1-5 but starts to lose out towards the end of your PFS career when you can't improve your panoply armor or weapon. Is there a way to make your bond better as you advance in levels to keep pace with the fighter that saved his money and bough an adamantine 2 handed sword or Mithral full plate? Seems very limiting.
I have always been fascinated by classes or archetypes that can do a little multi-tasking or fill out certain absent roles. I was thinking of building a druid via Halycon archetype where he can also cast some nice wizard spells and good designated spells from the cleric list. I was wondering what spells from either lists to target and what feats would be good for him to make him a decent caster druid since he loses wildshape. Many thanks.

Low and Behold I will be moving east of Rochester in the Marion/Arcadia area in about 5 months time/end of year, and I am looking to see if there is any interest in a PFS group either on the weekends or on Friday nights. I checked with the closest LGS in Penfield and was told there is no PFS group in Rochester. I hope to change that. I would welcome playing/GMing PFS but also other rpg games/board games as well. I love the PFS sit down community where I currently live but I will be moving in 5 months time to a place that is over run with 5E and no PFS in the closest LGS to where I will move (40 minutes away). Hopefully I can set some things up on the weekends.

I have a low level wizard I was going to level up and select the PrC Magaambya Arcanist for him when he could. I just looked and saw that PrC is no longer PFS valid. SO i figured since he was not lvl 2 yet I would switch him to the Magaambya Arcanist archetype for the Arcanist class. I now see that that archetype is no longer PFS valid. When did these changes take place and for what reason if anyone knows. Many thanks.

just out of curiosity how does a blinkback belt work and do you need to select Quick Draw as a feat for this build? If so then why?

Hello all, looking for an additional player for a GM EVIL 0-26 Lost at Bitter End scenario. Current party is made up of a cigar smoking dwarven bard 8, an angelic and completely trustworthy holy warrior 7, a dour elf magus 9 with a blackblade, and a midnight blue skinned illusionist 7. We could Lost first and play low tier, and then do Lyrics after that at high tier. I think that would work out. What does everyone else think?
I am good with either scenario for the first one. 7-11 means either a Pala-priest (7), a gun-ranger (9) or a swashbuckler (7). Nothing available in the 10-11 range just yet.

i have not done much CORE gaming. The CORE group I am in is run by Fjori but they started in season 0-1. I can throw my name in the hat to GM. I would prefer to not start with season 1 but maybe with season 2, 3, 4 or 5. We could also make a list of CORE scenarios NOT played/GM'd yet and then make a mission path.

just wondering if it would be viable to build a ranger/slayer where the ranger combat is archery and the slayer combat is melee. and would freebooters bane stacks with studied target.
I was wondering if you could build a PFS character and have it take levels from both Slayer and Ranger. A while ago I was under the impression you could not, then at a recent sit down game for PFS I was told it is now legal to build a slayer/ranger since they removed slayer as a sub class of ranger. was wondering if that is correct. I have a lvl 11 fighter, the soon to be lvl 15 warpriest and then Roos at lvl 15 something (not even sure right now). as far as 7 pax at the table, if you want to stick with no more than 6 I am fine with that and I can be an alternate.
