Befuddle got added to Occult giving the debuff extending Witch a huge level 1 combo. Agitate got added to Arcane Fighters will appreciate Wizards who cast it.
That feat is not good. Spend an action to add damage a round later that will never hit.
You really need to put what spell lists a spell is on in it's description. It's obnoxious to be reading through the spell section and stumble across something you like, then have to flip back to see if its on the list you're using. |
