I was sitting around waiting patiently for D0 when I received my copy of D1. Since I already got it on pdf it's not a big deal. However, I am just a bit concerned that it might have gotten lost in the mail or some such.... What sort of course or action should I be taking?

I don't know who this should be aimed at exactly, but my wife got me a subscription (dungeon) for christmas (from amazon) and I'm not sure how, if at all, I can associate it with this account. I don't want to have a gap in issues or to get duplicates. The subscription will be going to the same address. Any suggestions?
