![]() I used to go to church with a guy named Jesus. It got a lot of laughs from lots of folks. Some girl would giggle and he'd turn red, some guy would laugh and Jesus would bust his head. I tell you life ain't easy for a boy named Jesus. Honestly I think your character would probably get looked at strangely by some people and some would want to burn you at the stake for heresy. Good times. ![]()
![]() If my math is correct, and there is a huge chance it isn't, that section of the map would equal 38.5 million square miles. To compare Asia is 17.2 million. It is almost equal in size to all of North America, Asia and Africa combined at ~37 million square miles. This all doesn't account for any water on your map of course. It's big but if it's too big is a question only your imagination can answer. ![]()
![]() BreakingDruids wrote: I recently ended the carrion crown campaign with my group, and retired my fighter. I ended with weapon-finesse, dervish dance, dodge-mobility-spring attack, two weapon fighting, and I weilded agile-keen scimitars. Worked out pretty well--as you said, very easy on the stats. Con and Dex, with room even for a +1 int mod. Did you play with a house rule that allowed Dervish Dance and two weapon fighting to work together? Or did you switch between the two styles? ![]()
![]() For the swarm you might make one of the rewards or loot from an encounter before it a few alchemists fires or acid flasks. Or have the ye olde general store have a sale on them because of an ordering mistake. Buy one get one free should be plenty of incentive to buy a couple. Do you have any idea as to the number of players you will have yet? ![]()
![]() I'm going to echo Aranai on the giant maggot infestation, that is a very creative idea and I might have to steal it. And by might I mean I will. My only worry about the Drekavac is the touch attacks. It has a fairly anemic AC so your party will probably destroy it before it has a chance to do much, just be advised that with a few bad rolls this could get ugly fast. The two ninja's could also do some serious damage with some unlucky (lucky?) rolls. If they win initiative and get to one of your less armored, flat footed pc's someone could die. The Cleric of Jezelda could be a fun encounter. But I would change her domains to Trickery and Fur. With the Trickery domain she can use invisibility as her second level domain spell and Trickery's Copycat domain power is fun. With the Fur subdomain as her second domain she will be able to run away a little faster and let her "live to fight another day". But I love reoccurring villains. And a Lemure from summon monster 2 would just be mean but I think a wolf would be more appropriate. Overall I love the mix of encounters. Good work. ![]()
![]() A Hand of Glory would allow you to wear one of your extra rings. And an Efficient Quiver would help organize and allow the easy switching between your wands and staffs.
Hand of Glory:
Aura faint varied; CL 5th
Slot neck; Price 8,000 gp; Weight 2 lbs. Description This mummified human hand hangs by a leather cord around a character's neck (taking up space as a magic necklace would). If a magic ring is placed on one of the fingers of the hand, the wearer benefits from the ring as if wearing it herself, and it does not count against her two-ring limit. The hand can wear only one ring at a time. Even without a ring, the hand itself allows its wearer to use daylight and see invisibility each once per day. Efficient Quiver: Aura moderate conjuration; CL 9th
Slot —; Price 1,800 gp; Weight 2 lbs.
This Appears to be a typical arrow container capable of holding about 20 Arrows. It has three distinct portions, each with a nondimensional space allowing it to store far more than would normally be possible. The first and smallest one can contain up to 60 objects of the same general size and shape as an arrow. The second slightly longer compartment holds up to 18 objects of the same general size and shape As a javelin. The third and longest portion of the case contains as many as 6 objects of the same general size and shape as a bow (spears, staffs, or the like). Once the owner has filled it, the quiver can quickly produce any item she wishes that is within the quiver, as if from a regular quiver or scabbard. The efficient quiver weighs the same no matter what's placed inside it. ![]()
![]() A little poking around on wikipedia came up with the Hydra Vulgaris. Interesting little creature. It can't die of old age and another Hyrda will grow from a cut off chunk if the severed piece is large enough. With a fantasy twist this could be an interesting encounter. ![]()
![]() You are going to have to find a robotic exoskeleton and charge it with the power of GreySkull. This will allow you to get 1.21 jiggawatts which will allow you to find the wardrobe that is a passage to Narnia. In Narnia you will find the Matrix of Leadership which will allow you to become a Prime/Cyborg/Vampire/Werewolf/Druid. Once you've done this you need to find the Master Sword in Bowzer's Temple of Doom (Watch out for the traps!) With the Master Sword you can pretty much go full Voltron and cut everything in half in one swing. But wait at least 25 minutes to decide to use that move. ![]()

![]() My mother just called and said I won this thread. If you disagree you are calling my mother a liar. She is a volunteer at a women's shelter and works at a children's burn center. She gave a kidney to a complete stranger once. She also does 20 hours of community service a month and bakes cookies for the firemen and soldiers overseas. She's a damn saint. Go ahead call her a liar.
