Can this be used with Forge? If so, how do you redeem it?

Yep, in fact I just installed it. Once you redeem the serial key in your Foundry account page. Just go to forge - it might take a few minutes to update with your account details - and just install it in the Bazaar.

So, what is the actual price meant to be with the discount? I have the pdf from Paizo and this cost me $10.

Is that the discounted price?

This did help. I upgraded to 8.1 and the issues seem to have vanished.
Thanks!

You're Welcome.

Hi Kyle,

That said, I've noticed that when I call up a NPC (for instance drow matron) from the monster tab the app crashes. I'm running windows 8 app version 1.5.5. Not sure if this is a real issue or just my computer but I thought I'd make you aware.
Best.

I just tried that using the Drow Matron and there were no problems. Try uninstalling, making sure to manually delete any files left over, then re-install and see what happens. Of course, I'm using Windows 8.1. So, it might just be a Windows 8 thing. In which case, upgrade to 8.1. It's free to do it, anyway.

Hope that helps.

Excellent! Got it.

Thanks so much, Sethvir. :)

Where in CM do I find the 'Adventures and Modules' database? I just had a look and couldn't see anything.

Cheers

I'm going to be running RotRL soon and, before I go and make them myself, I was wondering if anyone has created any encounter files for the monsters that they'd like to share?

Cheers

I'm about to start ROTRL and found this thread. What a great set of resources here! Thanks to everyone who has contributed. It's going to be a big help to me, for sure.

Does anyone have a link to a combat map for the initial assault at the Swallowtail Festival? All the previous links are now dead.

Thanks in advance.

All fixed for me, too. Thanks, Kyle. :)

Bug report: Importing Hero Lab portfolios causes a crash.

I've just tried 5 or 6 different .por files and all seem to work for me.

Aside from that. I'm still having trouble with linked hidden characters' names still being shown on the initiative window. It is the thing I most wish could be fixed.

Are you using 1.5.3 or 1.5.4? If you're using 1.5.4, did you install over 1.5.3 or did you uninstall the old version first?

Combat Manager Update to 1.5.4:

CombatManager.com

Great stuff, Kyle. The initiative each round works perfectly. I just tried out a few conditions lasting x number of rounds each and it's all spot on!

Thanks for all your work on this. I'll now be using Combat Manager exclusively and, next payday, I'll be sending a donation your way. :)

Bug report: In 1.5.3, attempting to filter the Monsters tab by CR and clicking "Between" crashes the program

Edit: Also, when adding a natural attack to a monster, if all of the fields are blank, the program crashes

I can confirm both of those.

Excellent stuff!

Cheers :)

Here's the problem:
Effects do not end on a particular turn, they end on a particular initiative count There's a hidden combination of Init Roll, dexterity mod, and a random number which marks the time of the effect. I could shuffle the players without resetting the initiative round, but the time the effects would end will not move with the players.

You know what? I reckon that might actually be a good thing, assuming I'm getting this right, that is.

What I'm getting from that is: Let's say I'm 4th to act in round 1 and an effect is put on me lasting 2 rounds, say. If the end of the effect is the 4th turn of round 3, it wouldn't matter if my turn is shuffled to a different position by then because, technically I wouldn't be able to act until after the effect wears off, anyway. So, if my turn in round 3 was 1st, I would still be under the affect of the spell/condition/etc. and would have to wait till round 4. If my position in round 3 was 5th, then the effect would be over and I could act. So, basically - effect stays in the same position even when players change position each round.

Have I got that right?

Wow! I've just started learning Pathfinder and was actually wondering if there was a version of Keep on the borderlands for Pathfinder. So, a quick google search later, here I am.

I would LOVE to get a copy of the conversion, so I'll add my name to this ever growing list of requests. :)
