I have the old "Kingdom of the Ghouls" Dungeon, yet I still would like to see a 3.5 version:

1. It was just that good;

2. The ghouls can be done slightly differently to allow them character levels and the like - the revisions could take advantage of the wonderful mechanical possibilities 3. 5 opens up (the ghouls could now reflect their magic using heritage);

3. The original author is very much still around to take care of his "baby"; and

4. No reason not to expand - other planes, new dungeon levels, etc. Some expansions could make this into, say, a 3 issue extravaganza.

Hey, Iq and company.

I'm going home for Christmas. As I was Clovis the Paladin in FtB, I'll see what I've got saved, electronically or in print. Boy, that was a great campaign while it went. Lotsa talented folks. I still find myself pondering some of the campaign's mysteries - and wishing I knew what the solutions were. A murder mystery I started reading (and partially writing) 10 years ago and never got to finish. Hey, in my mind Clovis and crew are still in the woods -the Gnarleys?- talking to that farmer and his daughter.

But -GACK- you plan on putting my horriblly flowery prose on a public website? Just kidding. It would be great to see it all up someplace.

John (who had the randomly generated name of PLO987 on the AOL boards, though I mostly lurked)

BTW, Erik, do you have a scanner in case all I have is printed copies of FtB stuff? Would it be worth it to bother?

I'm not sure you know, but I once wrote an extensive treatise on "Oerth Beyond the Flanaess," culling information from the later Gord and Sagard books. It's an imperfect analysis, but it ought to be pretty fun to read. Unfortunately, I've long lost the file and can't seem to turn it up with a Google search. It was posted to the old AOL Greyhawk folders and (if I'm remembering correctly) it's quite long.

Might be worth tracking down for those interested, but I'm afraid I no longer have a copy.

Hey, Iquander, guess what I just happened to have been reading last night? A pile of dusty old GH printouts from the old AOL board. What are the odds? You on Suhfang, Roger on Erypt, etc., including you on Sagard. Those were fun times.

I don't have an electronic copies with me any more, but I do have paper copies. You don't want/need photocopies of your material, do you? Or electronic if I can dig them up back at the family home over Christmas (well, at least there is a chance I still have them)?

Anyway, nice to see all the care and effort from those days has really paid off for you. Looking forward to continued quality GH stuff in Dungeon . . .
