So I want to give my players a custom multiclassing option. I know that many people say that multiclassing in Pathfinder is a trap unless you are going for something pacific.

So what I am working so far is this

If you take this option you may only take one class on top of the one you took at level one. To gain a level you must spend an amount of XP equal to how much it would take to level up as if you only had that class. ie. to get forme level 2 to level 3 it takes 3k XP(if going by Medium XP).

with this option, you will have 3 levels The first being your overall character level and the second and third being your two classes.

I'm still not sure on how I want to do BAB,HP/HD and saves


So I want to play a void school wizard,The only thing that I can't find a rule on is about spell that DO NOT have a elemental school,can you cast them or are you unable to cast them

Ok so I want to turn this spell into a 5th lvl spell instead of a 0lvl

What I want to change is. number of orbs = 1/2 * current caster level | healing = d3 + current caster level (no maximum)

is there any thing I should add?


So I want to make this into a 5th lvl wizard spell.
What I was going to do was.
A.+1 to heal per caster level no maximum
B.Make balls 1/2 your caster lvl

I think I can make it better for it being a 5th lvl spell but I am not sure what to add.

I know this is the most ez thing to read.
Athosren was born in a large city in the Meremundet Dominion to (Dad) Lajen and (mom)Fonlieme, Lajen being a Druid showed Athosren to love the natural wonder of the world.Fonlieme being a Inquisitor help Athosren in his basic studies and thought hem how useful knowledge was.

Athosren loved magic and would ask both his parents to use their magic whenever possible, He would watch very closely as his mom would use a spell that would change her face,He would do the same thing as his dad would cast spell that would cast a spell that would cause tall grass to erupt from the ground he use this spell when the two of them were outside of the city so that they could play hid and seek.

At the age of 12 Athosren wanted to learn magic like his parents, so he went to the local school for magi. 4 years later a man in red came to the school showing the kids a few of the spell he knew.
A week later the man told Athosren that he would be his new teacher and to meet hem the next day outside of the city.Athosren showed the next day where he saw only one other student named Venthe Cemre, The man told them their task was to find the material for a spell and the first to come back and cast the spell would win.Luckily Athosren won with seconds to spare.His reward was a hint to where to find the man next, the hint was one-word "imp" Athosren used the hint and found an imp in the city leading hem to the man's house.Venthe came a few minutes later, Athosren fingering that he must have stalked hem, nether the less there next task was to cast detect magic for the rest of the day.

over the years, the two boys became friends/rivals as they would meet the man in red now know as Sosross.
Every day the boys would have a new task. casting a new spell, learning more about where magic, say the word for a spell without casting it.
Their new teacher was harsh but not mean, even when one of the boys would fail at casting a spell he would encourage them to try again and again untell they got it right.

The boys grew to be best friends as they spent most of their time training together, They would practice any new spell with the others help.

They never really knew why it was only the two of them.Some of the people living in the city said that he was a madman, others saying he was not even an elf and was just using magic to look like one but the boys did not care as they were learning more than they ever did at the school.the man would bring many many books every week inspiring Athosren to want to become a scholar.

during there, training Athosren was lead to the school of conjuration using the summons to impress the children of the city .

Othem, being of a noble birth was made sure Athosren had everything that he needed to cast a spell.
Athosren would even help Othem father with identifying magic items for his family shop.

Deru Woh loved music, she would sing for the group when any of them were feeling down.Athosren even thought here a few of the 0 level spells he knew forming a bond between the two of them.

When Athosren was 23 and Venthe was 18 Sosross took them to his home where he used a spell to take them to an unknown location where they would be training at now on.onec they were taken here their master told them that this where there training would become harder and that at any point if the felt that it was too much they simply could stop taking lesson from hem as he would not teach someone who did not want to become a "true magic user"

the forest as the boys came to call it, was filled with magical plant life and animals one of these animals was a rhamphorhynchus that would wait untell Athosran would come with his master every day,Athosran named this rhamphorhynchus Elhel.

Many years passed as the boys learned as much as they could from their master.Athosran learning more and more about conjuring and Venter learning about the void school.

On the eve of Athosran 110th birthday (12/13)

Athosran when to his master's house to find everything gone with only a note on the door saying "find me"
and two spell books with two quarterstaffs on a table.
both of the boys saw this as their last test, Athosran leaving the day of his 110th birthday.

Athosran spent the next 2 years exploring the Dominion finding little to nothing to his master whereabouts,so he left the Dominion for the first time in his life, leaving the Dominion for the very odd to hem see many different races was wired to hem reading how the humans lived for only 60+years was one thing but seeing was something els.

During this time Athosran was captured by a group of humans believing hem to be a mad wizard after seeing hem cast a summoning spell,Athosran was held in a jail for the night where he was told that he would be killed in the morning, believing this to be his last night Athosran just sat in his cell untell he hired a voice call out "so they got you too" in the jail cell next to hem was a half-orc named Crik Hach,That night they were able to come up with a plan to get out of jail, sadly he hands were locked up so he could not cast many spells,however, Crik was able to break the locks but not without cutting Athosran.In the morning the two were able to get out without getting hurt.

Athosran spent the next few mouth with his new friend, wanting to know more about this half-bloods life Athosran ask how it was to be in his shoes.

Crik told his story of how he killed his orc brother to gain the title of village leader and the respect of his village as a whole.

As he was exploring the area of Ames he ran into Venthe.
Athosran wondering how he left home nearly 3 years short of his 110th birth day.

Venth "I ran away, how else would I leave?

Athosran "you know that if anyone finds you they will send you back home?

Venth "it's not like any of the'es races know what an adult elf look like so as long as I stay away from any other elves I'll be fine.

Athosran "fin you get sent back don't blame me.

Vanth "so do you know where master is?

Athostran "No I haven't found anything about hem, you?

vanth "nothing, this test is turning out to be harder than I thought"

Athostran "we should keep in touch it may help us out
in finding hem.

Vanth"you have point, sure why not"

both of them showed the other an arcane mark so they would know if a letter came from one of them.
as well taking the time to learn what the others Familiar looked like.Vanth's being a compsognathus.

over the next 10 year, the two boys spent time traveling trough the area of Ames, The kingdom of Boghdun and The astidian regency.after so many years of looking in the same area, they moved on to Uaz-corpa.

during this time Athosren came across a half-elf who thought that Athosren was his father, Athosren of course told the half-elf this was not the case.

unknow half-elf "yah I gussed as much"

Athosren"why do ask"

unknow half-elf "well I'm half-elf I'v been looking for my dad for the last 4 years.I never knew hem so I just ask any elf that I see'by the way the names Caglany Sleadral.

Athosren "well nice to meet you,so why are you looking for hem in the first place.

Caglany "my mom died and when I was going trough her thing I found a love letter from hem telling her that he would be back in a few years to get me"

Athosren "well I'm sorry to hear that about the death of your mom,but I must be going"

Caglany "wait can I come with you,I want to find my dad and I don't think hes come back here"

Athosren "sure why not,names Athosren."

Athosren and Caglany traveled together of the next 8 years becoming good friends.Athosren told the young man about what it was like to grow up as an elf.
Caglany told Athosren how he hated being a half-elf as humans and elf would look at him as if he were a sick dog and how Athosren was the only elf that showed him any kindness.

One day as they were on the shore a violent storm was brewing.The two of them found an old house near the woods where they spent the night.At about 1 Am Athosren woke up to the sound of Caglany screaming.
Athosren ran into the next room to see a beam had fallen on top of Caglany but it was too late as it had killed Caglany,But Athosren did not know this and tried to free his friend but he was too weak to pick up the beam and a wall fell on Athosren breaking his right leg. and knocking hem out.

In the morning Athosren was woken up by a Dwarf Female and was taken to a nearby temple of Moradin.

The dwarf women told Athosren of the bad new as she handed hem Caglany's book that blong to his long lost dad and telling he would need to spend the next few week at the temple for his leg to heal.
The lady took care of Athosren over the next 6 weeks.Her name was Thra Amberridge she was very motherly treating Athosren as if he was her own child.during this time she gave hem a holy book of boccob knowing he was a wizard and telling him that no matter how powerful of a wizard he would become the gods would look after hem not matter what just like they do with all living thing.


So I am not sure how the casting time on this spell works.

It says "1 round" so is that the same as a full-round action? and when does the Summoned Monster appear?

So I am playing a wizard for the first in pathfinder but I am not sure how to level one up.I know there level is based on there master but what does the Familiar get when I levels up like to they get feats and skills?

I want use the Sage familiar but is it any good?

Unless your PC has some serious motivation to decipher this puzzle, expect a standard "Huh, that's weird. I loot the place and leave."

So I came up with a game for my player and I need help with make sure it works right.

The camp Castra is home to some man and woman's family who set out 5 years ago to escape a tyrant of Hedgetin who placed a large bounty on them, all in a region within the north-west portion of Aeridia. The family settled down 3 years ago after the oldest member of their band, their 57 year old grandfather, died of pneumonia very early on in their journey. They traveled for 2 years after the grandfather died, crossing a single town before eventually settling down. Though the camp seems abandoned now, the family seems to have constructed a fully functioning fortress. The fortress is complete with a strong wall, several tents, a wagon, a fountain, three weathered combat dummies with iron helmets, two guard towers, two tombstones, and a large iron bell.

The wall is made of logs.
On the inside of the wall, there are some distinctive smells of dog pee all along the edges. Additionally, the walls have three sets of markings for heights: First set has 8 markings up to 3'8", second set has 11 markings up to 4'4", and the third set has 17 markings up to 6'1".

The two smaller tents are empty entirely.
The larger tent is mostly empty, but it does have a large broken table inside, and seventeen mostly used candles lying around the wooden floor in a pile.

The wagon has one item within.
Within the wagon, there is a large linen wrapping. You can not unwrap it for the purposes of the mini-game.

The fountain is filled with standing water.
The fountain is made to be 2 feet above the ground, but the depth is a total of 4 feet. The walls are made of sun dried white clay bricks. Inside are 7 large and black catfish swimming around.

The combat dummies appear used.
The top left and bottom right ones have marks in them below the waist. The middle one has markings all across the body. The top left one is certainly the one in best condition. The iron helmets are unremarkable, except for broken bits off of the neck piece.

The guard towers are made of the same wood that the walls are.
These towers are fairly small, but extend above the wall to a height of about 20 feet. The towers have small ladders going up to them, and boards commonly used to protect against arrows lining the edges of the platforms. They are splintered with multiple arrows.

The two graves.
The wide one made of stone, with pink potted flowers which are still alive reads:
"Castra Tilding, age 54. Died of a broken heart. Survived by her 2 sons and 3 grandaughters."
The smaller one is a stone with a brass plaque. It reads:
"Nathan Tilding, age 57. Pneumonia broke him at last. Survived by his 2 sons, and 1 grandaughter."

The bell is very large, and held up by prosaic wood.
The bell is roughly cast, and clearly was crudely made. It's cracked along multiple areas, and the iron bar which is supposed to be inside is missing, along with any apparent mechanism it should have for ringing it. On the front is the inscription, "Blast! Love with Erathis. Blast! Love for their wards. Blast! Passion in the face of persecution. Blast! Love, together, forever." The wood is unremarkable.

How many people lived in camp Castra before it was abandoned?

Can you piece together the story of the family correctly?

that is why I don't know who is at fault here.I see REMs view and ARMs view.

what I am going to do is take detail note when we play today.REM can not make it this week so REM may act differently and if anything happens I will update this post.

REM was casting the spells onto ARM.the PC I am talking about is ARM's.

I came here so that I could see from some else view on this.

let me restate that ARM said he did not wanted the loot before the spell was cast.I am not say that REM should have but the charm spell was becuse we found REM as a prisoner where a king of city that was kindnaped was being held.he and I where playing new characters so they did not know who they where

the two spell that where cast on hem where 1.some thing that would make hem friendly to the caster and 2.a spell that would make hem dislike a box of gold he had that the party got for doing something and ARM said that he did not want the gold in the first place.

Hiding behind a character's personality to act in a way other people might find annoying is not good roleplaying. You can play a character who is a bit condescending, bitter, etc. without bothering other players. This is a team game and you should play your characters to fit the team.

In game his character was friendly and in game two more PC went drinking with hem.but yes that is the high IQ is not a good point


sorry I have dyslexia and a few more issues with language.

but yes you are right but finding a group at all was really hard(my issues with language does not help)
the links I put in my post are of chat logs where every one could see them and the gm was online in the voice chat room and said noting so I feel like the GM may have a blind eye for his friend.but if REM does continue with this I will have to talk to hem and the GM id it comes to that.


Hello player so as you may able to tell from the tittle I may have run into my first problem player.

so some back story on the screen shots. the player that I will call Rem was with me when we stared this campaign (and one more player who droped out after 3 weeks) he and I where fin we never had a issus between us and I had fun playing with hem.He had to leave for a 3-5 weeks do to hem being in the US army.The GM got some new player (about 1 a week)all of them where fin untell ARM came in the first issuse was when the party found a dead body with some money on it and we where debating on what to do when he said "OMFG hurry up your takeing so f&$%ing long)now his character had not join the party yet so it could just be he wanted to play.now about 2 week later when we play Rem rejoin and ARM starts call REM a D&$# becuse hes casting spells on hem (in RP and out of RP)not the GM DID NOT take control of his PC.ARM whas yelling at us becuse we did not trust hem yet IN RP now keep in mind our PC only knew hem for a day.
