I was able to train pioneer 6 while i only had light armor proficiency 1 a few days ago. And it gave me all the hp/power/... that was due with my T2 armor. I since trained light armor 2 to be fine if the bug is corected.

A bug is caping training for feats at lvl 9. Maybe the server needs to register the towers during next maintenance ?

This move is clearly player created content and will lead to much more player created content.
So from an ooc point of view, this is good.

First good point, i am now able to train to lvl 10 with 7 towers for the settlement.
There is now a multi criteria filter to look for companies (timezone, casual, PVE or PVP oriented, roles recruited...)
Let's discover other new stuff.

Ok that explains why I couldn't level up my skills this WE.

I had to download and zoom in to be able to read this area.

The sentence "The roles recognise ... choices" is quite complex and i am not sure it conveys the fact you can build your character by cherry picking feats from every trainer.

Beside from that I like it.

I dropped a Midnidgt spell, lvl 3 cleric.
No armors available, nor +X weapons for mages.

It is up again.

They've been up. They're just invisible.
