Same exact boat here. This is my second time running KM, first in 1e, and this go around I have a wilding steward witch with a plant familiar. He doesn’t want to know the patron preferring its identity to be unveiled during the story. Funny enough, both Queen N and the Count were possibilities (could you imagine the witch fighting through the whole AP to then at the end realize the big bad is his patron? Shivers.
But…. I’m not sure if that would go down well with my player. I think I’m just going to have it be the lantern king. I’ll add more to this later.


Basically what the subject line says.

I'm comparing the witch from pre and post remaster and it's clear in the pre version. Usually when picking a new lesson, it states you increase your focus pool by 1 (with the 3 max of course).

But those words are not there in the player core. So what am I missing?

I have the large map folio as well and laminated them. I then cut post-it notes the size and hex shape of all the hexes to cover them up. I take them off as they explore them and they can write or draw with wet erase markers to their adorable hearts content. Works well for in person playing
