I had to manually push the retry button. I have the Multi pdf of SFGA but do not have the hellfire in my library.

Unfortunately, I no longer have a retry button and the "Next Order" date has changed to June 16th. Mine will have to rectified by customer service.

Drat, it seems as though my order was just… vaporized, maybe because I retried the order one too many times and got declined. Any idea if there will be a way to re-make that order?

Open a ticket using the Customer Support link below -> How do I reach customer service article. From my experience, Paizo CS is responsive to tickets, although today may be a 3 alarm fire Monday!

Nobody is going to die because books are a little delayed my guy

This really isn't something we should wish to disrupt the work-life balance and mental health of already dedicated and stressed employees over. In perspective, no harm, no foul. I don't see any harm to us.

Yup I see it now, good. That still should have been there hours ago, IMO.

They aren't on-call MDs. No one is going to die if our books are delayed a few hours.

There is a red banner alert on the Manage Subscription page now. Soon(tm) this will be a distant memory!

I had payment issues at first but when i just retried it skipped my order this month with no chance to retry now so be careful if you want this months book, just wait until they sorted it

It's not just you. I have not messed with mine for a while, but it also shows the June 16th Absalom Station sourcebook as the current book. Have hope!

EDIT: On closer inspection, the image is NOT the Absalom Station sourcebook.

I got it too (germany)

Deleting my card and adding (the same card) new worked for me.
I had to click "Retry" under the subscription order so the process started new

Can you re-confirm that this worked? I and others received a false positive pre-auth success message, but a spongebob "few minutes later" we get the same unable to process payment email and the failed status on the manage sub page. I do hope your experience was different and successful!

Please Help!

I am sorry you (& we) are experiencing this. I am seeing the same errors and hope Paizo support fixes it today! I was really looking forward to reading through the digital version this afternoon.

This is why I'm worried about Phishing, because that's usually what happens. It tells you it can't do a thing, and you need to fix it immediately, gives you a bunch of links, you check the cards, they're mostly fine, etc. I hope people who clicked the links will be ok and that they were legit. I'm waiting for an official Paizo Rep to advise me on if it's legit before I believe anything.

Caution is always advisable, but we can confirm they are legit emails considering they were sent on subscriber day, with verifiable details, consistent behavior across users and computers even when using last known good links. Thanks for the hopes, but we are OK. That said, submitting a case and waiting on Paizo to respond is advised based on our experiences. This is a back-end issue that I am afraid if we try to "fix" at the end-user side, we may make it worse! ...Like locking out your account or having the card provider or processor block the charge...

US based Starfinder 2e subscriber experiencing the same issues. Got email saying unable to place subscription order. (1) Tried to add new card from bed using phone, but new store returned error when saving new data. (2) Updated original card with full name and retried; store page reported success for pre-authorization. Went back to bed when I received another email stating Paizo Unable to place subscription order... Got up and went to computer to find that when I try to login to Paizo account...it reports that my email address doesn't exist. Followed login webpage instructions that if "this is your first time logging in, click fogot your password", updated password and now account is locked out... SIGH.

The Warframe launch page has the statement "Note: Physical copies are limited to 2,000 prints". Is this accurate?

Is the Space Pirate on pg 110 a Vlaka with feline features or a Pahtra with Vlaka legs...

I'm not sure it'll prevent spoilers that well - according to UPS I'll be getting mine in two days. Not being able to read the PDF won't stop people from reading the physical book and talking about it online before the launch date.

Respectfully stated, you can't easily upload, email or otherwise digitally share a physical book. The Paizo CCO has stated that the Diamond distributer debacle has been a kick in the teeth to this year's budget, so I am sure they are taking steps to shore up their financials by generating every possible sale; especially so for a "flagship" launch.

They stated they wanted the physical books shipped in time for GenCon sessions, since they are not hauling, storing and hiring to hand out in person; which further reduces costs while still getting attendees, GMs and players the content timely.

To me, the listing page does say the PDF would be available July 31st which is our published notice. Releasing in batch all at once likely streamlines/simplifies the process with efficiencies leading to reduced labor costs. I can't speak for the intentions of others, but I subscribe not expecting it early, but to have a physical book on my shelf (for reference) and a PDF (that I can safely mark-up/annotate) for my sessions, which won't occur before July 31st.

That's definitely weird! Have you reached out to Customer Service about it so they can investigate? The best way to get problems like this one resolved is to send us an email at customer.service@paizo.com so we can help you! Please do! We want to help!

Thank you for confirming that it is not expected normal behavior. I will email customer.service@paizo.com

I subbed to the Special Edition Subscription on April 9th. I got the emailed receipt and the Special Edition Galaxy Guide is in my side cart, but when I view My Subscriptions, it reports there are no subscriptions for this account. Should I be concerned?

Maya Coleman wrote:
Subscribers get their PDF when their subscription item ships. Both books are releasing at the same time, so subscribers to both lines should be getting their PDFs at the same time. Please let us know though if you have any issues when we do get to release day! We'll do our best to help!

THANKS! SUBBED! I have been told that subscribers occasionally get random goodies included in the box. Is that true?

Thanks for the upgrade! Question, does the Special Edition PDF release on May 7th with the standard edition PDF? If not, will we have to wait to get the PDF until the Special Edition version is released?

I'm really confused by the map on the back cover and what is in the book.

H6 on the map is H7 in the book
H7 on the map is H8 in the book
H8 on tha map is H9 in the book
H9 is H10
H10 is H11

Bottom floor is also screwed up

H1 on the map is H3 in the book
H4 on the map is H5 in the book

The rest I'm guessing. I don't see the kitchen described in the book and I have no idea what H5 on the map is. so those are probably matched up.

H3 on the Map I'm guessing is where H6 the memory vault is
H2 on the map I think is H1 in the book

The unmarked central hallway is probably H2 in the book. The 4 gargantuan creatures can start in the air so the room fits them all.

I've never seen a Paizo map get so screwed up. It's very disappointing I was thinking up to this point how well this module is written, and I was very excited to run it. But it appears some last minute editing/module cuts were not edited very well. Thus making the H maps and the non-existent K map a confusing mess to figure out - what is where.

Thanks for this! My players are about to assault the spire and the descriptions made no sense when I was prepping. Your post helped confirm/complete my remappings. This whole ending seems rushed to the printer. My favorite is the lake on the second floor... Oh and the 140' wide "spire" has a 480' top floor. You see that after you puzzle out the "To K" stairs is actually the "To I" map, printed 15 pages prior! WE NEED ERRATA!!
