It was omitted from dervish dancer, but I think it clears up the intent a bit.
It would be nice to have an official answer on this question; it's come up in a game I am currently playing, and my reading of the Dervish Dancer archetype was that it JUST got Battle Dance, and not Bardic Performance - but I can honestly see the argument for both! I have checked for FAQs and Errata to no avail.
