Someday we'll get hatchling stats for every dragon so GMs can murder new adventurers with many different varieties of baby, right?

Could we please get a dark mode?

Others have said it, but I would also like to say that Pakelia is awesome and I would love to see more of her, either as a new iconic or just in more fiction as a recurring character.
I'd rather not see her as a new iconic, I wanna see her again in fiction and stuff, but I like the idea of her staying an accountant that just tries to live a normal life while Navasi does the adventuring life.

I'm pretty sure she's not just an accountant. And Navasi is certain of it.

I think what the spell list issue has highlighted is that there's a lot of spells that probably should be available to occult, but someone decided they didn't think bards specifically should have it so it was left out.

What in the world is that plant creature on page three, in between the regency noblewoman and the Yakuza looking guy?

Looks a lot like a khizar. They're from Castrovel but I think they've only appeared in Starfinder so far. Wouldn't be that surprising if some were living in Kyonin though.

I lost a friend over this when I ran it. I hope it works out well for those looking to give it a go, but I'm sorry, I can't do it again.

Hoping part 2 hints at investigator, inventor and thaumaturge love from Lepidstadt University, since those fall solidly in its wheelhouse

"Physical only"

Oh. Some other sale sometime for me, then.

He's right where he belongs, second in the empyreal lords section.

To confirm, batteries still cost just as much and are still only implied to be able to be recharged at charging stations with no clarification on how that works or typical costs?

The flurry of people getting SF1e stuff out before the deadline was a pretty strong demonstration, I guess

Yeah... it's true. It's pretty thin. Given the phrasing on the description of that old job offer, it's *probably* not Andoran. It's not Absalom because the districts don't line up. Doesn't fit the Shackles for a few reasons. Feels a bit too stable overall for Galt... and, honestly, a bit too stable for the River Kingdoms as well.

So... Taldor? It is at best an educated guess, based on some pretty wobbly circumstantial evidence, but it's what I got.

It might be Galt! That would be a good fit for the Winter being cold, and it has gotten a lot more stable recently. Quinn returning to help cement that stability would make a lot of sense as a character motivation.

But Taldor is the other decently likely possibility I think, yeah.

Trying to do my own detective work to figure out where this takes place, but none of the distinctive names and places mentioned turned up anything. Even the mention of Adoran seems like a red herring since it's phrased in a way that implies something past, not relevant to Quinn's current situation.

Damn, I was gunning for them becoming the Rainbow Fumarole.

Gender is complex, good to see a little of that complexity being highlighted. I personally feel agender internally, though I enjoy presenting feminine and am fine with she/her pronouns even though I prefer they/them. (Or maybe some of those dangerous neopronouns like fae/faer or ey/em.) Just making the concept of agender a little better known helps soften one of the barriers to explaining my complex identity to others. <3

I was hoping the Firebrands errata would address the spell fashionista. It gives a bonus to Deception checks to Make a Distraction, an action that doesn't exist. If we assume it's meant to be Create a Diversion, that action does the opposite of what the descriptive text of the spell suggests. If it's meant to be Make an Impression, which does fit the description, it should be Diplomacy, not Deception.

Sparkleskin has similar issues as well. I really like what I think the intent behind these spells was, but they do not currently serve that purpose.

I'll buy it if there's a Foundry module. I'm too ADHD to do prep myself... and all my close friends are just as disabled tbh. Foundry modules have been a real gamechanger for us with PF, and we're itching to give SF a go too.

(The SFS Foundry modules make me hopeful for this, but they're not what we're looking for.)

I don't think my ADHD can handle publishing anything more on PFI now. I'm so confused, and I can't afford to pay someone else to figure it out for me on each product.

This was such an incredible book!

But on a tangent, thank you Ruvaid for the alter ego archetype. It is truly my favourite. It's been difficult for me not to take it on every character I play!

Someday I'll make the list

June had the first Jamfinder jam, organised on the Infinite Possibilities discord server, which resulted in a bunch of Summer-themed new products on PFI. I published my first thing as part of it! We're talking about doing the second one in September with an autumnal theme, though I'm working on other stuff in the meantime.

If this product doesn't make economic sense to you in your situation, that's fine. You don't have to buy it. Just don't ignore all the work that goes into something like this, since it's reasonable for people to ask to be paid for it.

Sorry. The assumption that people complaining about spending money are just entitled or don't care about workers getting paid makes me get heated. Of course we live under capitalism and people need to eat and deserve to live off the sale of their labour.

By law of averages the majority of people who play this game are struggling to some extent and have to justify our purchases too, and whereas an individual PDF stands on its own as a choice to buy or not, these character tools essentially become an aggregate purchase of *every* book you may want to use if you want to make use of it at all. And while your group may have all the books to share and use between them to play the game, you have to each buy all the books you'll use for this. That is so much money.

Personally I find this very frustrating as most people with disabilities, most marginalised people in general too, tend to be quite poor. And with our disabilities we each have different needs that different tools for playing the game may be better suited to providing accessibility that suits our particular needs. I'll never know if this works better for me than other character builder options because I simply can't afford the investment and I'm not going to taunt myself trying it out with just CRB options.

That's particularly biting given the inclusive image Paizo pushes so hard these days. A reminder that it's a for profit company at the end of the day, not a social movement. I appreciate Paizo for the good they are , but I'm also pragmatic and don't expect perfection. So this sucks but I moved on about it when I first heard about it a few months ago. I'll manage with what I've got.

We cannot let ourselves be spoiled by the incredible free work done by Pathbuilder and the Foundry PF2e module folks.

I'm living on a disability pension, but go off about people being spoiled I guess.

I tried making something. I'm really proud of the concept and the expression of it, but boy I feel out of my depth assigning stats even with the GMG guidance.

I sincerely doubt they'd want the backlash of replacing Shardra, The Trans Iconic™. This reeeally reads more like shifter, anyway.

Yes. Would like monk to be less orientalist too, which the name plays a part in. Just the name alone is less offensive than with barbarian, admittedly.

Captivator literally is mesmerist in the same way vigilante and cavalier were brought back as archetypes, they just changed the name so that it's a little more thematically open to interpretation.
