In Starfinder, the Horizons of the Vast adventure path has a space-based version of what you seek.

In PF1e, both the first adventure of Serpent's Skull has the exploration while shipwrecked part and the second adventure of War for the Crown has the kingdom building aspect in limited form.

Thanks for the recommendations! Talking about PF1e, is there any third party product like kingmaker there? Closest thing I found was Throne of the Night, which seems incomplete.

Like the title say, I am looking for an adventure path (or a single huge adventure) similar to kingmaker, since the CRPG spread like wildfire to my group (and we can't run the adventure when everyone knows the plot!)

Ideally I would like something that also mixes wilderness exploration with running a nation, but since they are both rare niches, I would also accept something that fulfils only one of the conditions.
