Ziebodug, seeing no easy opening, starts throwing +1 shuriken at the remaining charlatan. Flurry 1, hasted: 1d20 + 7 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 7 + 1 + 1 = 16
Flurry 2, hasted: 1d20 + 7 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 7 + 1 + 1 = 22
Hasted Attack, hasted: 1d20 + 7 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 7 + 1 + 1 = 23
EDIT: added +1 for haste as Jace pointed out... thanks!

"If you don't mind, we would like to talk to you about some recent events, and see if you can help us figure them out..." Ziebodug looks to the others to see how far he should take this. Feel free to just chime in instead...;)

"Yep, looks good." Ziebodug thanks the lady, gathers his supplies, and heads back to the Inn to wait for Jace. ----- "Me, I prefer the direct approach. Let's knock on the door and ask some questions. We all know something ain't right here."

"It is an ongoing story. If you really want details, I am sure we can give you something of interest. Meanwhile, I like your suggestions. How can I go about getting these items?" Zie will buy 5 holy waters and 3 haunt bombs if he can.

Since I wasn't clear on where everyone was, I guess I'll proceed with my latest stated action, sans the bit about talking to guards that aren't there. Ziebodug fishes out a gold coin, and pays for his room. Once shown the way, he goes up and falls asleep quickly.

Ziebodug starts to fish a gold coin out of his coin sack when the guards arrive. "Doing? Well, to be perfectly honest, we weren't 'doing' anything. However, we do have business with Aldern Foxglove and he doesn't appear to be around. He invited us for dinner last night. We were starting to wonder if everything was ok, and contemplated trying to enter to find out. In the end, though, we decided to wait until morning." "Do you know Mr. Foxglove?"

Yah, I get the frustration. This medium is pretty slow for times when the group doesn't know what to do. The questions Zie poses are really meant for the GM, but for other players to try to reach a consensus. I had thought we were going to speak to local law enforcement next, but then the fatigue checks started and it seems we need to regroup. My suggestion would be that we get rooms, get some rest, then go talk to local law, and then try back at the residence - knocking first, but failing that, entering. So the visit should take place at night.

Perception: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (9) + 10 = 19 Ziebodug, having an agreement from at least Raj, groggily stumbles back to the tavern to tell Jim he is looking for a room. "We need to get some sleep, and we look like idiots walking around out there." He asks the barkeep if he has rooms to rent, and if not, where nearby would be a decent place to get a room.

Zie chuckles at Jace's approach, and holds up the two gold coins in hopes to help entice an answer. "Glad to see you joined us." Waiting for Elena to give the description, Zie watches to see the guards reactions. Sense Motive: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (3) + 12 = 15

Zie mocks looking offended at all of the jibes, but those root vegetables do smell good. "Deal!" he shouts, paying the man a silver for his wares. Turning to the others, he says "We found the place once, so I expects we can find it again. Meanwhile, though, let's check the gate. I fear our friends may be skipping town."

I will take a look. Based on what little I read, it sounds pretty cool. Also, I am going to be travelling a bit this weekend. It is only supposed to be 24 hours, but there are expectations of ice storms which can certainly interfere with driving plans. I will try to chime in, but access will be pretty limited while I am out.

Thanks for the game, GM Bold! I admit, for the most part I have been in PFS mode because it fits my schedule, but I have quite enjoyed being part of a longer storyline. It is a much different feel, and has been a lot of fun! In fact, it has inspired me to start planning to run my own AP (probably not until after this Blood under Absalom special). I was thinking Giantslayer...
