Yon helps Ansel, curious what the dwarf is thinking.

"What exactly is your idea? Isn't it just a statue? And didn't Vala remove the magic when she disabled the trap?"

"Rbuod, get that snake!" He commands his wolf.

Then he notices that the paladin hasn't moved, "Agriver what are you doing? Stick that sword into that snake!"

Yon listens to Agriver and disagrees, ”If this is so bad, we must clear it, and take notes. Both for the society and to keep others from using such magics top side. “

Rbuod, climbs that wall and flank that rock snake!

”well Ansel, do you appreciate the life like stonework now?” Yon says as he runs towards his brother down the hall, ”or might you be in favor of some vandalism?”

Yon gets as close as he can, but unable to strike beyond his brother he readies his scimitar to strike the stone if it comes that close.

Yon starts going around with his CLW wand. To each as they seem to need it.

”So two things, anyone figure out what these snake statues mean? And where are we going to find Agriver?”

And with that spoken Yon gets a vision of Aggy in a colossal iron suit of armor and wielding Gatling crossbows. But immediately thinks, that’s not very paladin like and shrugs it off.

"Rbuod! Flank!" shouts Yon.

He then steps forward and gets line of sight into the next room.

"Robin, it's just the two of them?"

Yon finds his wand, and applies it’s shining light to Ansel.

Yon and Rbuod surface behind Robin. Spotting the serpentfolk, Yon clambers up on the North end, going to the corner opposite the single serpentfolk. Rbuod climbs up behind him, shaking off water, and snarls.

”Be you friends?” Yon asks, with hands up to appear non threatening, but in fact ready to twist out somatic Druidic symbols.

my tablet would not allow me to edit the positions, could someone could move Rbuod and Yon into the corner, please?

”Robin, you idjit,” Yon says falling back on “High Taldane” for his last word, ”The wolves only doggy paddle, heads above water. We,d have to teleport them or something, and only once we know where we’re going.”

”The 4 of us Two-Legs should go and leave the wolves here, until we know Agriver is safe. Then you and Ansel can swim back and teleport into wherever we find is safe, with the wolves.” Yon reaches into his bag and extracts a bit of dried deer haunch, and lays it on the ground for the wolves to eat while for the duration.

”Weren’t those missing mages from there?” yon says as he summons a small air elemental to scout down below.

Startled, Yon turns around. the water around his ankles splashes, with his movement. Attracting the attention of the wolves. "Robin." Yon says, as he reaches towards the snake statue. "What do you suppose... he trails off.

”You’re sure he didn’t learn anything, or pick up a sense of practical humor while on your trip?” Yon says to Robin, and without waiting for an answer, ”Then that trap sent him somewhere we can’t follow after directly... “ then slapping his brother on the back, and roaring with laughter, ”Course he coulda become invisible... but woulda splashed around right?” and as he says that his laughter becomes more a thoughtful expression.

”Ansel didn’t you say you just learned a spell to go a little ways away? If this trap worked like that you could recognize that, right?”

With the snap of Vala’s fingers Yon and Rbuod run ahead to the statue where they last saw Agriver vanish.

Yon waits for Vala to finish her task. Says to Ansel, ”how old you think that statue is?” before noticing that Agriver has vanished.

”where’d he go? Vala, you almost done with that trap? We gotta get in there and find him!”

”Aggriver? You still in here?” and then as an aside to Robin, ”He didn’t pick up any tricks from those assasins, did he?”

Yon quickly casts GMF on the wolves, while looking at the statue from afar.

"Yon, I need something to kill, soon. Almost two weeks with Mr. 'I am a noble's son.' "

Yon kicks his head back in a roaring laugh.

Yon wanders the town with renewed interest. He stops by several stores, and gathers some smaller things. Useful items, but not terribly noteworthy. Though all the while with the chest on his shoulder, and the smell of river mud following him, as Rbuod pads along side.

Yon sits. Meditating on the sounds of the nearby stream.
Beneath him, acting as a stool, is a water logged treasure chest, caked in mud.

I suppose... if Robin can find things to buy with all the gold we've found. I can too. He thinks to himself.

And I suppose... I've learned enough tower born now to know I need to dress a little fancier.

Standing up, Yon grabs the chest, and hefts it over his shoulder. With a short-sharp whistle towards Rbuod. Yon begins to walk back to the fort.

Yon shouts to Rbuod to flank the Naga, and then himself casts flame strike where Sartoss stands among his images.

Yon quickly casts faerie fire at the Dark Naga. The true creature soon appears as if burning in purple flames.

"Quickly, hit it now!" Yon shouts, caught up in the moment.

Uhm... Yon says. He picks up the heavy head of the statue and thinks, "Well, uhh... if you can't repair it maybe we could take it back for you to study in some daylight...?

Yon, who cannot see, shouts a command to Rbuod, "Go fin a flank, buddy!"

He then waits to see for himself what's further in the room.

Yon just looks at all the carnage and says, "Clearly this is another reason you shouldn't have attacked us. Besides, law of the forest states we taste horrible anyway."

Yon then moves into the room. Hands held on his new scimitar, firelight shining along the grains of wood that compose.

"We are friends to Troglodytes. Why do you attack us without warning?" Yon speaks to the group of smelly creatures.

Diplomacy: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 = 19

Yon thinks fast;

"Robin! He's coming right for you! Get behind a door, and bar it!"
He run's back down the hall past the dwarf.

"Rbuod, keep seeking this way. You too, Ayame"

Yon steps into the room. He pulls down his last bolt of lightning to try and remove the automaton.

With a chance that the machine building warlock is ahead of him, yon pulls down a bolt of lightning in the square missed by glitter dust, right in the corner.

Yon watches he brother run away, though smelling what he left behind. "Don't you remember rule one, day one, at the academy, Brother, 'Always sheet before entering a dungeon.'". Then, realizing Ayame is tugging to follow her master (don't let her know he thought that) , Yon says to her,"Don't worry about him, the hunt is ahead, Attack!"

He then calls down a bolt on the automaton he can now see.

Yon casts flameblade. His square erupts in fire as he casts, and then he clears the webs around Rbuod.

Yon appears to move and win the fight with one clever amazing action, but suddenly reality and the paizo goblins sinks in and as he looks around he mentions to Agriver, "I'm on the webs, don't worry about it.

He then stands still and commands Rbuod to attack.

Hearing Klarkosh's familiar voice, Yon steps up behind Aggriver, Rbuod close at his heel.

He begins to cast call lightning, just out of sight of the vile wizard.

Yon follows the tinkerers' leads.

"All this machinery is going to make us smell like a city once we get out, going to make our hunting game harder. But at least this tracking is keeping Robin's skills up!" Yon says with a quiet but jovial chuckle.

"Hear that Agriver? Hit the Agash thing with cold iron or something that radiates goodness! The wolves and I will do what we can to the leopards."

Yon the proceeds to move the sphere onto the leopard holding Ayame.

Yon moves the flaming sphere onto the agash.

He then moves 5' beside Robin, and tells Rbuod to attack.
Flaming Sphere: 3d6 ⇒ (4, 1, 2) = 7

Yon looks out over his befuddled friend. He sees a spot that may work to deter the movement of at least one of the leopards and casts flaming sphere between the column and the wall. Directly in front of the leopard in front of him.

"Vala, the fight over already?" Yon inquires, but before he gets an answer from her he sees the portcullis trapping Robin and Ayame with the automoton. "Robin!" he shouts, racing towards the room where he begins to cast.

Yon is startled by the movement, but assumes he and rbuod could be attacked by something yet unknown. He stands in total defense, remaining in the turnstyle, for now.

Yon delays as Agriver is not in close combat with the far ahead automoton yet.

Yon steps over to the lever. He nods. Then waits for Vala to "ply her trade."

Yon begins to help recuperate Rbuod as he says, "Vala and Ansel, can you find a way to jam the lever from moving for a while, at least until we're ready again"

Yon's casting finishes. A very healthy and strong specimen of the constrictor family appears, shining some pale light on the room.

Yon makes a loud sound of anguish as Rbuod collapses. "Agriver save him!" he shouts, bring back his own resolve. He starts to cast and under the cold chill air of the ice storm Spring can be felt, as Yon begins to cast Summon Natures Ally III.

"Well if he can summon more, we can too..." Yon says, and adds, "Just give me a minute to get over the smell."

Yon lets Rbuod lead out of the funnel. Then exits himself. Falling a little further than Ansel, but retching beside him as the smell hits him.

Turning back towards the door, he shouts, "Move it! He might have something coming from the other side soon that'll trap us like a snake."

Yon gets his bearings again. "Rbuod come close." He says as he pulls the wolf in tight squeezing into the one end of the turnstile.

"Quick everyone in the spinner, it's gonna be cramped but let's get moving!"

Nauseous and confounded by the obscurement Yon shouts back, "where is it? Who's by it?"

Yon slams the door shut, and heads back towards Robin's voice, still roughly where he last saw his brother before the awful clouds rolled in.

"Both doors shut, let's move!" he growls in Azlanti. "Why doesn't anyone go for the peaceful option?!"

Yon intones in Tower-Born, "Appologies for the unannounced entrance, Sir, we are Pathfinders, exploring this ancient spire. We have received various welcomes above, and hope you are amongst those more peaceable in greeting. Though I may be regretful in telling you we did dispatch those machinations which attacked us on sight. If those were your creations you have my further apologies."

Yon watches. Vala is a rather animated thinker, though he can't decipher what she's thinking, her animated behavior matches Ansel's. The pair seem at home with the current puzzles presented by the spire.

In turn he thinks upon the unnatural that continues to manifest the further down they go. He ponders what could possibly live this far below and without the sun. Without flowing water.
This all passes through his mind in the blink of an eye, before he takes a step following Agriver's.
