Assuming there is space for me to 5-ft. step out of reach . .

I want to apologize for my recent (and possibly continued) absence. I'm feeling very burned out right now, and am not sure how much I will be able to reliably handle. Please do not hesitate to bot me, and if necessary, to replace me. I will do my best, but don't be surprised if my posting is sporadic and low quality for the near future. But above all, do what it takes to make sure that all of you keep having fun.
Yliss' eyes almost jump out of his skull when the gnome brings out magical gifts. Scroll and wand in hand, the nagaji turns to Glorin, "Isn't he the best ship captain ever? Don't they normally make us pay them?" After a moment, Yliss realizes that he doesn't can't figure out how to activate either item, and his excitement almost turns into depression. "Does anybody know how to use these? Can you show me how? Please."
Yliss' body grows monstrously with his rage, as he rips into the wyrd twice. "Fight me, you coward!" Crunch: Free Bloodrage

I apologize for not posting lately. I have heat exhaustion, and it's a lot more draining in real life than in Pathfinder. I don't even have the mental energy to watch a movie without taking a nap. The good news is that two days of rest and lots of water is all its supposed to take to recover, so I'll hopefully be back on Tuesday.
Yliss draws a scroll and quickly stumbles through the incantation, but somehow manages to conjure thousands of brilliant motes. "It worked! Can you see them now, Glorin?" Crunch: Move Retrieve an item

"A good time, yesss?" Yliss rattles his heavy coin purse while retrieving a gold piece, "Heads, we eat at Primarch's Steakhouse then see a show." Yliss flicks the coin in the air, then holds it in his closed fist while looking at the librarian, "Tails, lady's choice." Without even opening his hand, he smiles and says, "Look, tails!" Reroll: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (11) + 7 = 18 Mechanically, I am offering a 20 gp bribe to try and gain a bonus.
I think other ways would require intelligence and creativity, so Yliss is going for Stealth. It isn't obvious whether Yliss misunderstood the order for stealth--he did nod his head after all--or is just completely incapable of moving quietly. But either way, the result is a 7' tall form that bends down to about 6'6" and armor that cries out for oil. Rolls: Stealth: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (7) - 1 = 6
CRB p. 313 wrote: The message does not have to travel in a straight line. It can circumvent a barrier if there is an open path between you and the subject, and the path's entire length lies within the spell's range. I've always interpreted that as message requires line of effect, but not line of sight.
