Wyllen Ungebrochen was born a prisoner, his half-blooded nature nothing more than an unfortunate coincidence; a mere side-effect of the actions of those that came before him. Regardless he inherited the consequences of his parents choices. He was raised among inmates, lived among inmates. Never knowing his parents, never having a family, the community was all he had. Though they rejected him as a bastard there was still a sort of a mutual understanding amongst everyone. That they were prisoners too, and that ultimately that unified them.
The prison camp was largely Orcs, though there were other races among them obviously, and Wyllen spent many years living side by side with the ferocious creatures. He learned many of their traditions: religious, cultural, historical, whatever he could learn to help him find some sort of identity. But beyond that there was something more: the world outside of the prison camp. Though all he learned was second-hand he collected a general understanding of the world at large. These few things molded the first views he had of life beyond the camp. But there was a more pressing issue to be addressed.
Near the camp was a nest belonging to the Bara-Baro creature and from time to time they would wander dangerously close to the walls. So Wyllen made that his objective, taking every chance he could to try and lure one in. Even to someone as sheltered as he knew that the creatures were infamous for their acidic bile. Eventually his tenacity paid off and he managed to catch one (a mere infant, but a Bara-Bora nonetheless) for his plan. There was no uprising though, everything had to be done in a single night. A few prisoner managed to escape, Wyllen among them, that was all. No grand victory, but progress at least.
Once free he had to grow quickly. His earlier learning of the world were further cemented, though viewed through the lens of a lifetime of hardship. He saw all those around him constantly beseeching those above themselves for the smallest graces: their governors, their kings, even the very gods. Wyllen had a hard time understanding it at first: after all, he felt that he had gotten to this point in his life by his own actions alone. While he understood the need for mutual cooperation to achieve greater success, it seemed to him that this was going too far. Everything seemed to have a sense of stagnation. He wants to do something about it, to help people realize they have their own capacity to affect change. How to do that is another matter entirely.
For now he rides towards the town of Bastion. Even if he can't save the world right now, a few dozens lives must surely be a good first step right?

Wyllen Ungebrochen appears more Orc-like than human, at least at first glance. He bares some of the ritual scarification that is common among the traditional tribes as well as other marks of strength and endurance. Otherwise his appearance is rather unremarkable for one of his race. Unpronounced tusks, black hair, pale greenish skin, and a slightly above average height. He wields the arms and armor of the iconic Knight, men and women that he idolized in his youth.
