Personality:

Wylka, like most clergy of Shelyn has a love of art and music. Regrettably he lacks any talent but one doesn't need talent to appreciate fine art.
He has a very good social skills and works well with others, though his attitude can be a bit on the arrogant side.
As a member of the Sovereign Court, he has noticed the rancid corruption caused by the bureaucracy of Taldo and joined them to try to improve lives of those suffering from the government under just noble rule.

Background:

Wylka was born in the Taldor Capital of Oppara where he could see first hand the corrupt bureaucracy and also were he joined the priesthood of Shelyn. As a minor noble he felt he needed to do something to help his nation and was ultimately recruited by the Sovereign Court. Being part of both the Court and Pathfinder Society, he believes it can provide him resources to purge the corrupt ruling class of Taldor.
