... I think my organs would fall out of an orifice if I'm picked.

Anyway, good luck to everyone!

Is there such a thing as too little flavour text? I'd think that some amount of description is needed for a winning item to catch the imagination.

I put a small sentence about the description, but if you look in the SRD, they don't usually give in depth descriptions for each item (probably, because most of them are boring). But yeah, maybe some of the items need a lot of description, but maybe so in such a way that it catches the judge's eyes rather than list off every minute detail (the pommel is gold, the bottom of the pommel is silver, on one side's a ruby, on the other side is a dragon... and now for the rest of the Sword of One Thousand Images...). Hopefully, mine was just kooky enough to win.

That Shifty Painting

With a gold renaisance style frame, this oil painting of a random old British guy with a massively out-of-place mustache watches everyone coming past the portrait. The eyes will shift each time a person walks across the painting. If the person steps on the man's face, his eyes will focus inward. There isn't anyone behind the painting. In fact, the painting doesn't serve much purpose other than to give someone the willies each time they come into contact with the painting.

Simple. Easy. Effective. 5k

Trapped Undergarments (Don't Fear the Peeper)

Appearing as a normal set of frilly woman's lingerie, this set of underwear is set to explode if any male giant, monstrous humanoid, humanoid, or goblinoid touches these set of clothes. If, at the time, the garments are being worn when they are touched, the explosion does not harm the wearer. The explosion deals 1d4+10 fire damage in a 20 foot radius, with a successful Reflex save (DC 14) reducing this damage by half. Unfortunately (or fortunately), the underwear are destroyed in the process.
