A parental consent e-mail was sent to me so that my son can create an account and receive a PFS number.

It was all script and I was unable to confirm my consent. I replied to resend the consent e-mail in a usable form but no response. My son was turned away from a game the other day because he did not have a number.

I would like a response at least. Son fell in love with the game immediately but the website's parental consent form has become an obstruction to him being able to play at a local game store.

I ran both 6-97 and 6-98 with separate characters at GenCon. These were the specials. It says under my sessions tab that I cannot get credit for 6-98 because I ran it previously. The location where it says I ran it before is the 6-97 slot. I had not done either before.
I feel that this isn't a problem with the GMs registration or with any filing on our parts but with the system.
