Thanks. Your explanation makes sense. But it doesn't sound like what the card is saying. The wording confuses me. Thanks for replying and i'll play it your way tonight. Hope my characters don't die. Enora bit the dust in number 4.
Could someone please explain the 'During this scenario' When you close a location, shuffle together the location cards of all locations that are not permanently closed. Then randomly deal 1 to each location that does not have a location card. So after I've shuffled them and I deal 1 to each do I banish the rest? Or do I add them back into the location decks? If so, how would that work? I'm a little confused. Could someone please explain. Thanks
First of all, sorry if this a bit of a nooby question. Let's say I encounter a bane that needs the magic trait to defeat. I don't have a weapon in my hand with the magic trait (just something basic for example) but I do have an item, let's say the horn of battle clarity, I play them both on the check, did my check have the magic trait? Similar situation. I play a basic weapon but I also play a corrosive dagger +1, have I added the magic trait? My only reasoning behind this is that a weapon with the magic trait doesn't specifically say it's adding the magic trait when you play it, it just says lists the traits. I'm pretty sure the answer is no but I found the rule book a tad unclear on this. If some one could explain this ruling clearly it would be much appreciated.
Can I play both a spell and a weapon on a single combat check? I'm playing lem and I have a lightning bolt and a cross bow in my hand, can I use them both? I'm assuming no. But, is this rule different for items? Can I play a wand of scorching ray and my death bane crossbow on the same combat check? I read the rule book but I'm still unsure |
