This is Eragar. For those of you who want to create your stat blocks now, you can reference the one I have on this guy to see what is easiest for me to read. I am okay with different setups, but there are some things (like how many ranks in each skill) that I will need to know and I may ask you to make changes.

Character ideas so far (let me know if I missed you)
-The Silver Prince: Mimic
-Osk: Oread Brawler
-Captain Fremont: Halfling Archaeologist
-MagusJanus: Half-elf Sorcerer
-Maeltheron: Elf Slayer
-spinningdice: ?

Be wary for danger.

Warren begins searching the building, his shield ready and hand on the hilt of his sword.

Let's go to the estates.

Sense motive: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (2) + 9 = 11
Knowledge (Arcane) for same as Markov: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9

Warren frowns slightly. Have you frequently seen her do this? When and where?

Do any of the villagers stop the two from leaving?

The half-elf moves forward as the blade is drawn. Lay down your weapon, friend. If Ellen is truly responsible for your troubles, we will find out, and she shall be punished by the law. His voice takes on a hard edge, But nothing will happen before an investigation is complete.

Diplomacy: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 4 = 14

Sense motive on Ellen: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (19) + 9 = 28

Speaking in a friendly voice, This is quite a bit of excitement. Would you be willing to share what is going on?

I don't like this.

General sense motive: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (9) + 9 = 18

That sounds like as good a place as any to start. Thank you for the help.

He offers the woman a silver piece for the information, and then continues walking.

Anyone else? I'm going to assume at this point no-votes from anyone who doesn't say anything.

As a player I hate to ask for favors, but Warren is less than 200 gold from being able to afford a magic weapon.
What do you guys think of him taking the cash from the group stock before we leave for the islands?

Three is good enough for me. I'll bug the other two sometime soon to see if they're still here.

Islands it is, then. Let us depart.

I know from the other game I'm in that our GM is working overtime currently, so it might be a little bit before he sees that we're up again and then has time to respond.

Not going to bother inputting anything else until we know is still here.

As the group regathers and Markov shares his information, the half-elf sits in silence. This is very strange... To find names of those long dead in a monster-infested cavern... His thoughts trail off into vague musings.

At this point it seems we have two leads. We can go to the islands and find out what happened to Mariann Sorrin, or we can try to find out where this Adian character is. We could seek after Lorinel, but it seems we have no information on where to start if we take that path.

I'm here too. Although I will admit that I have somewhat forgotten what we are doing.

Just realized that I forgot to do the 1000 gold from the handy haversack.
It's another 180 each and 100 group loot.
What do we want to do with the sack?

After a few days' rest in the city, Warren goes to the library to see if he can find any information on the names they uncovered.

Loot comes out to be 33 each and 20 for the group fund.

A slight flicker of emotion runs across Warren's face at the news, whether anger or sadness it is difficult to tell before he hides it again. These things happen. That is why I do what I do. May those who have fallen victim to these monsters find peace

It seems the situation here is taken care of. We should see if there is anything more we can do to help the civilians here, and then be off back to Coran.

Warren will do nothing, continuing to walk forward.

Init: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20
Percep: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (16) + 10 = 26
Percep: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (14) + 10 = 24
Percep: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (17) + 10 = 27
Percep: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (1) + 10 = 11
Percep: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (9) + 10 = 19

"What is that you have found, Trom?"
After taking a look at the pack and anything inside it, Warren will turn back the way they came and begin walking. "We had best be moving on. We have found our paladin friend and learned more of the creatures here. I suggest we get out before more of them show up."

"That is a much better idea than the one I had."

Warren pivots swiftly and retrieves the nearest stone of appropriate size, going back as far as necessary to find one.

"I do. But it will take considerable time."

With those words, Warren will stat casting Acid splash repeatedly on the hinges.

"The door is still unsafe. I am not sure how to open it."

Down. Always round down.

"We should have a look at this before touching it again. Move over a bit."
The half-elf peers at the door, looking for the mechanism, whether mundane or magical, that set off the trap.

Perception: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (7) + 10 = 17
Presumably there is some circumstance bonus because we already know there is a trap and what it does.

Warren looks slightly chagrined as Irina points out the obvious.
"Very well. Let's get to it. I was never really liked alters anyway; waste of floorspace."

Picking up a stone, he hesitates slightly, "This is going to make lots of noise, we need to make sure we are prepared for more enemies."

The half-elf turns to study the alter as the man mentions it, and then shifts his gaze to the druid. "As a dwarf, you probably know a little about stonework. What would be the easiest way to rid ourselves of this?"

Just realized we never welcomed Trom to the group. Good to have you!

Warren scans the room for a moment to see if any more enemies appear. Satisfied, he checks the room to see if there is anything valuable or unique about it.

Neh. :P Lack of sleep is making me crazy. I don't even know if the other thing is still alive. If it is, I will attack it; if it isn't, I will move and attack the imp.

Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 24
Damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
Confirm: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23
Confirm damage: 2d8 + 2 ⇒ (1, 7) + 2 = 10

Coup de grace: 3d8 + 3 ⇒ (7, 6, 2) + 3 = 18

Warren pivots and rushes back the other way, swinging his blade again. This is too much running for a fight.

Charge attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13
Damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4

Staring up at the creature, Warren speaks slowly and clearly, his words laced with magic and power. Come back down from there.

Casting command to make it drop prone this round. DC 14 will.

Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21
Damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7

Hmmm, yes. Actually, Zerombr taking over a disqualified player's position would work really well. Currently, we have only two non-posters, and I have been notified that one has been having computer issues that should be resolved. The other, I'm unsure, but if they don't post, I'll gladly reassign the role.

I have found myself considerably more busy than I had hoped and can't give the game the attention it really deserves. He could jump in my spot.

Warren moves (AO35) back to the new opponent and cuts at it.

Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8
Damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5 ← Silver will bypass its DR if it's a normal imp

Warren runs forward to the unconscious man and heals him.

Swift action for 10' extra movement, Move (Escape route avoids AoO) to AR37, CLW

CLW: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5

I think Markov is up now. Hopefully he's still around.

Is this considered a Disease effect? thus rendering me immune? And/or since I have the sickened mercy, does that in anyway render me immune?

No and no, although if you use LoH while you are sickened, it will remove the condition.

Fort: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22

Alma, it looks as though I cannot hurt these creatures. I suggest you ask your god for aid against them.

As he finishes speaking, Warren steps over the sleeping creature and cuts its throat.

Step into its space, coup de grace

Damage: 3d8 + 3 ⇒ (7, 4, 7) + 3 = 21

Warren steps towards Markov to avoid flanking and swings at one of the demons.

Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22
Damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6

The old trapper sat alone and silent in the room. He had been 'cross both sides of the Mississippi and Rocky Mountains and was not comfortable with the dealings of civ'lized folk and all their problems.
I jus' want me a drink; mafia can solve their own troubles.

Heh heh, this is still recruitment. Thanks for the pointer. :)

Walking into the room, Warren sits without ordering anything. Just ate... No reason to waste good coin.
He relaxes for the time being, content to listen to the conversations.

Thanks goes to DSX for informing me of this. :) I don't know how many you did after I dropped off, but I'm happy to come back.

It is strange that we have seen no other goblins. Surely there are others looking for us...

The elf continually strains for the sound of running footsteps, and checks behind him every few moments.

Sorry I haven't posted in so long. Been busy with school.

Init: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20

Percep: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (14) + 10 = 24
Percep: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (1) + 10 = 11

Percep: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (11) + 10 = 21
Percep: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (9) + 10 = 19

Warren will search the two rooms as well.
Percep: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (5) + 10 = 15

The gold we got from the goblins in the last room is 47.5 each and 10 to the group fund.

if Alma doesn't kill it, Warren will.

Charge attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (14) + 7 = 21
Damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9

Warren steps to the goblin dashing for the door and cuts at it.

Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 25
Damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
Confirm: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8

With one goblin out of the way, Warren cuts at the other.

Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22
Damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9
