Rest? In the middle of a rescue raid?

Lute chimes in, Maybe we can build a fire, sing a couple of songs, huh? Why don't we try that?

Round 6 Init 17

Kenan steps back from those closest to him (5' step to E,12) and looses three more arrows... (Ki point used for extra flurry attack)
flurry attack #1 @ F,10: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (18) + 8 = 26
damage: 1d8 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 5 + 2 = 14
flurry attack #2 @ G,10: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 10

...putting an arrow into each man closet to he and Jeryn.

Status and Effects:

Round 5 Init 2

Jeryn, unperturbed by the two warriors closing in on him, fans out his fingers and recites words of power causing a gout of flame to erupt from his outstretched fingertips...
cast defensively DC 17: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (3) + 15 = 18 success
burning hands damage: 5d4 + 2 ⇒ (2, 3, 1, 4, 3) + 2 = 15

It isn't Fenra's turn yet.

Round 5 Init 17

Kenan steps back from those closest to him (5' step to F,11) and looses three more arrows... (Ki point used for extra flurry attack)
flurry attack #1 @ F,8: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (13) + 8 = 21
damage: 1d8 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 5 + 2 = 15
flurry attack #2 @ F,8: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (9) + 8 = 17
damage: 1d8 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 5 + 2 = 14
flurry attack #3 @ F,8: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 10
...dropping another man with two good shots.

Status and Effects:
AC: 17 HP: 31 of 31
Ki points used: 2

Now it is her turn. You might want to update the map for her as a bunch has changed. And you have two saves to make for the guys over the pit.

The warrior (D4) retcon'd to throwing his ax at Fenra would have missed due to cover (+4 AC), throwing into melee (-4 to hit) and his to hit modifier being lower for ranged (+2) rather than melee (+5).

Round 4 Init 2

Jeryn, seeing Fenra in a tight spot, calmly stands where he is and casts another spell...
cast defensively DC 19: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (13) + 12 = 25 success
...summoning a pit beneath the feet of two of the warriors threatening her. (create pit in squares D4, D5, E4 & E5. Reflex DC 16 or fall 20')

Status and effects:
AC: 11 HP: 8 strain of 26 HP
web min 1 of 40
create pit round 1 of 5

Round 4 Init 17

Kenan's hands become a blur as he draws, nocks, and sends three arrows streaking at one of the men (@ E,5) surrounding Fenra... (Ki point used for extra flurry attack)
flurry attack #1: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (4) + 8 = 12
flurry attack #2: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (15) + 8 = 23
damage: 1d8 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 5 + 2 = 11
flurry attack #3: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (10) + 8 = 18
damage: 1d8 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 5 + 2 = 15
...two of which embed themselves in the man's chest!

Status and Effects:
AC: 17 HP: 31 of 31

Jeryn enters the hall (MA to G,11) and casts a spell filling the far end of the hall with a giant mass of sticky webbing. (SA cast web centered on E/F,0/1 intersection)

...before nocking an arrow and levelling it in the direction of the woman.

(readied action to attack her when/if she attempts to cast)

1d20 + 9 ⇒ (14) + 9 = 23
damage: 1d8 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 4 + 2 = 11

Round 3 Init 17

Kenan bursts into the room, bow in hand... (to the left of the doorway)

Good thing the magic users knew exactly which spells they were going to need today :/

Wow. Did we ruin your plans to kill of a character(s) with an overwhelming encounter by surviving (so far)? Jeryn has a single casting of grease memorized and used his bonded staff to cast another. I guess we must be cheating. :P

I don't find Jeryn's spells to be anything close to optimal but this is what I have to work with.

And don't worry, I'm sure the assassin(s) will have no trouble finishing us off as you get a new save every round to shake off the hold person.

Kenan focuses his ki and unleashes a barrage of arrows at the held sniper... ki point expended for extra attack
attack #1: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9
attack #2: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (10) + 8 = 18
damage: 1d8 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 5 + 2 = 15
attack #2: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (11) + 8 = 19
damage: 1d8 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 5 + 2 = 11

My bad, I guess the +5 kicks in when he uses deadly aim. Please add the 5 damage back on from round 1.

Jeryn moves up to join Kenan and Rennyn, reciting arcane laced words and pointing his staff skyward, unleashing a scorching ray of fire up at the paralyzed figure...
ranged touch attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (11) + 3 = 14
fire damage: 4d6 + 2 ⇒ (6, 3, 1, 1) + 2 = 13

Jeryn turns his attention to the other assailant and repeats his casting, targeting the other man's bow. (grease DC 17 reflex or drop bow)

At nearly the same time Kenan moves up (to within 30') and sends two more arrows arcing up at the attacker...
flurry attack #1: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (3) + 10 = 13
flurry attack #2: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (14) + 10 = 24
damage: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5

PS Not sure where I got the +5 on his damage last time, so -5 damage to attacker last round.

Kenan is caught by surprise by the sudden attack, and at first he does not know from where the arrows came from. He scans the buildings, looking at windows and the rooftops trying to spot a target. delays

Jeryn having already spotted the attacker, points him out to the others as he exclaims There! On the roof top! He then makes precise gestures as he intones words laced with arcane magic before thrusting his staff skywards at the assassin. A coating of slippery goo begins forming on the figure's weapon...casting grease on the attacker's longbow, DC 17 reflex or drop bow

Kenan, following Jeryn's finger spies the bowman on the roof and let's fly two of his own arrows at the shadowy figure...
flurry attack #1: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (15) + 8 = 23
flurry attack #2: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (20) + 8 = 28
confirm?: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9
damage #1: 1d8 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 5 + 2 = 9
damage #2: 1d8 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 5 + 2 = 13
