If you are multi-classing with Solarian,are the range and pull increases for Black Hole on 'character' levels 5, 9, 13, & 17

the RAW is not specific..
and the wording for the revelation Supernova is specific about the additional fire damage that can be dealt "+1d6 additional fire damage per solarian level".
It then goes on to not be specific about what level types apply to the range increases for Supernova as well..?
does this mean the range will increase on charater lvls and only the additional fire dmg increases on solarian levels?
loop hole? or what would be the RAI??
