Snapping out of it, Vimar rushes across the battlefield next to Taidus and stabs any surviving apes with his longspear.
Blue first if still up, red if blue goes down.

Vimar quickly identifies the skeletons. "Use bludgeoning weapons if you have them. They aren't tough to knock down if you hit them with the right thing." He moves to flank with Thorn, drawing his quarterstaff as he goes and gets ready to hit the first one through into the room.

I'm going to ready for a skeleton to come through the door. I know they could attack from cover, but will gamble that they keep coming.

That is exactly what I was going for GM Fuzzfoot! My post from the train got gobbled up :(
Vimar turns back to the rest of the party and wipes the blood off on a wide leaf. "Hopefully that will get the rest of them to come at us more cautiously. We'd better make haste though. It looked like there were more coming."
Probably should check them quick for anything useful and then move on.

Once Thorn's arrows have flown, Vimar bolts from the pack, hoping to quickly end the threat from the rear. His quick movement catches the rider by surprise and planting himself in the middle of the path, he thrusts up with his longspear, skewering the purple rider through his chest. He gets ready for the second rider to come at him.

While Thorn tries to spot Lura, Vimar concentrates on trying to find the medicine. He searches the eidolon's things and looks for evidence of a back room or upstairs area that we might be able to search.

Vimar's spear stabs out at Bellu, trying to slip it under her fist and into her side. Then he takes a quick step back, pushing back the table behind him and bracing himself for her inevitable counterattack.
Standard: Attack with reach. Then five foot step.

Vimar casts protection from evil before going to talk with her. He approaches with a carefree smile. His spear is left on his back and he leaves the bracelet covered up on his wrist. "Greetings Lura. My friend and I find ourselves in need of an elixir that is the only cure for a poor sick boy named Roald. Our understanding is that you have been providing a partial treatment to him for some time. Unfortunately, Desna has decided that his father has been too long in Bloodcove and it is again time for his boots to meet the dust of the trail. We have come to make arrangements with you to receive a full strength elixir. While a good-hearted soul would probably see the wisdom in this, we understand if your motivations require a favor in return. What say you?"

"I think we just head in. We might be just eclectic enough to fit in. This is Bloodcove. While this place might have to operate in the back alleys and move from place to place in more law abiding city, I'm sure they're used to walk-ins here."

Vimar helps Wyatt drag the bodies into the back room. He doesn't have any particular need for any of the thugs things, but suggests that the expedition might need them and suggests we take them to the caravan once we have finished out business here. Once things are squared away, he assumes the role of scholar again and heads with the others for the den of iniquity. "I'll take one of the bracelets in case that opportunity presents itself." He ensures his sleeves cover the bracelet so he only shows it as needed.

Its fine Thorn. Keep on improving the Pathfinder reputation ;-) I'm not sure there was a graceful way out of this one. We should make sure we cover our tracks against the Aspis though.

Figuring things are about to get messy no matter what, Vimar sticks his spear in the one he is within reach of.

Then he moves quickly around D'Lack and the woman to take up a position where he can cut off the man dressed in green in case he tries to make it to a door.

Vimar enters the shop with his companions and seeing the man mouth "help" he tries to figure out what might be going on. Unsure, he stops in front of the display case and waits to hear what Senzer says to Kyra.

With everyone else eager to move on to look for Senzer, Vimar waits to arrange for 2 tons of food and clean water, five crates of arrows and crossbow bolts, and clean dressings for wounds to be sent to Raimondo Scevola and a request to send word if Raimondo hasn't sobered up. "Since we were able to handle the ant problem for you all, would you be willing to cut us a special deal on those supplies? It would be much appreciated and you never know when we might be able to work together again."

Once the negotiations are complete, Vimar hastens to catch up to the others and reassuming his scholarly role, joins Kyra looking for news about Senzer.

Vimar weaves into the next room, very quick for a normal man. He positions himself opposite Thorn and thrusts his longspear at the ant the rogue has been butchering.

Damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11
If Thorn has killed it, he'll move within 10 feet of the other ant and use the same attack (without the flank) to stab it (he has plenty of movement).

"We were here for food and supplies. It sounds like our timing and interests align quite well." Vimar follows her to the basement and draws his longspear. "Looks like we need to go back there. I'll make sure we have enough light." Vimar casts a spell and a light shines from the tip of his spear.
I'm ready to press forward to the back room but want to be sure everyone has time to buff if they choose.

Vimar adopts his guise as a scholar again on the way to House Cartahegn. Along the way, he looks for friendly scholarly sorts, probably a rarity in Bloodcove, smiling at them and learning about the libraries and museums of the city (a quick task).

Hearing of the ant problem, he agrees "Surely we can figure something out to help them with the ants." When Kyra goes to knock on the door, he joins her.

Vimar confidently assumes the air of a wandering sage. It is close enough to his usual identity of a wandering priest. He does make sure to tuck his holy symbol of Desna into his undershirt, but otherwise walks calmly and is talkative with D'lack and Kyra.

Upon reaching the tavern and hearing Kyra intervene, he jumps in, telling the man "Surely we can reach some sort of accommodation. I think we've hired the same horses you intend to make a meal of."

"Kyra must have been a field commission. I think that was lesson number one from all three masters. Still, I'm glad I never got around to picking up a wayfinder either Thorn. Might have been deadly on this run."
I fear we could easily end up in three fights where we're all undermanned. I'd also rather not split up.

Ok, what about this...

- D'Lack (Bluff +8 and Polyglot) is our merchant.
- Thorn (Knowledge (local) +7 and/or Appraise +7) is his companion with local knowledge and an expert at judging value of items.
- Vimar (Profession (sailor) +8) has the knowledge of moving goods over the river or seas
- Kyra (Diplomacy +6) is there to smooth things over.
- Taidus (Stealth +7) and Wyatt (Stealth +4) hang back and try to blend in with the rest of the city instead of hanging directly with us.

I'm inferring that the supplies are not currently with Raimondo. I think we need to arrange for them with House Cartahegn. Then either we will have to arrange to get them to Raimondo or get House Cartahegn to help us do so.

Might take them some time to get the goods together and we could use that time to find Senzer and contact Scevola."
