"I do not know. I only recently acquired this stuff when I was told of your interest in Vic73R. There isn't usually a big black market for this stuff. Retail is about 10,000 credits in major cities. " Velith says as she gets her ship ready, a slick one man fighter modified with a small drift drive. "I am sending you the coordinates of the meet now. Don't be late again." The hatch to her ship shuts and she fires off into the blackness.

"Good. I have arranged you to meet one of Vic73R's subordinates. Take him the Mnemonic Editor and spare parts. If you ask to low a price, they will believe it to be illogical and suspect you of being an Agent for the Stewards of Absalom, if you ask to much you won't be worth the trouble. "

Once you get the items loaded on your ship Velith turns to you. {b]"Don't return here. I will find you once you have convinced Vic73R to join us or have secured his Mnemonic technology."[/b]

"My understanding is you are to woo Vic73R to our cause. As an android of a very analytical mind he appreciates promptness. Do not make the same mistake with him or he will micromanage you and may uncover our intentions before they are mature." She watches your reaction to her words for a moment and continues.
"Vic73R has begun trading, buying, and stealing Mnemonic Editors. We believe he has found a way to retool them to create mindless slaves of non-androids. This technology can be useful to us even if we can not persuade Vic73R to our cause. I have a Mnemonic Editor for you to present to Vic73R as a way into his organization. In addition I have local clothing, equipment and currency for you. "

Velith Dresperax gives you the coordinates to a large hollowed out asteroid that has been mined to completion and left as a lifeless husk in the Diaspora. You make each take up to 4 lvl 1 items, 2 lvl 2 items, and 1 lvl 3 item from the Core Rulebook from Velith's stash to equip yourselves for the mission.

After collecting the staff and returning to your travel coordinates no more obstacles present themselves. You come out of the Drift on the far end of the Diaspora. Immediately you are hailed. After exchanging identifying codes, the image of Velith Dresperax pops up on the monitor.

"You are late." Is all the stoic beauty says as she stares at you coldly.

"Once you are ready to depart I will give you the location of a contact. She will have more supplies for you that have been collected locally, including local currency. " Praetor answers Lord Borak's question and produces an image of an older female Elf.

"This is Velith Dresperax. One of our most effective agents in the Pact-Worlds. For the all intents and purposes in this mission she is my voice and my will. When I need to contact you it will be through her. "
