Basically he makes his way through the world in his wagon reading fortunes for people (profession:fortuneteller) using either his standard fortune cards, or if the call is strong enough he will pull out the harrowing deck and read for people.
Hes armed with his comp short bow, a rapier and im not exactly sure what else yet.
He wears Rosewood armor, which needs a gallon of water a day.. but makes him smell like roses, not a wet cat.
Im looking at a few small teams for him
Driver to drive the wagon.
Laborer or Lackeys to handle setting up camps and getting supplies.
Guards to protect the wagon on the road.
Medium Covered Wagon pulled by a pair of Yak's.
Hes on the payroll, Professor Lorrimor used him to help move some things around the world undetected as well as to liberate some materials a few competitors had under lock and key.
Im open to changing things, it may be a bit tougher as a tiefling in a campaign like this.. what do you think? I havnt looked at the player guide in a while.

I like uzziah a lot, given the choice id keep going with this campaign, if nothing else continue playing as Uzziah. Hes one of my favorite guys so far of all my characters ive made in pathfinder.
Both of you wish to move to Carrion Crown. If were just going to move our guys form your current game into the new campaign I would love that.

That is a good point. I can let them be a refuse pit. It will make people sneaking in make more noise as they try to sneak around broken things. I may have to hire some alchemists and have focus 100% on alchemists fire.. so if things go bad I can just burn the refuse. It will also be kinda funny when i get the 20' tall wall with guard posts along it.. surrounded by the city dump..

Uzziah starts the week out with him and his robber hitting up that warehouse where they lost one guy a few weeks ago and nabbing some goods in there. He order all rooms to focus on generating gold and all teams to focus on expanding the pits to almost finish the moat. Uzziah then spends most of the remainder of the month in the sewers making sure that they are as cleaned up of critters as he can make them.
On the 31st Uzziah goes come back and meets with the others of the Council, after making sure nothing too bad happened while he was down in the sewers.
Boss,am wanting to take a level in Ranger:Freebooter Basically im looking to make myself a little bit tougher and better at working with a gang. As I have so many followers. (im looking at taking squire feat at 5th, which translates itself into leadership but with the cohort -3 levels, not per leadership score.)
Im hopefully that that squire is actually a cavilier, I need someone LN to govern this fort once it is built. Id be more then willing to spend X Influence to gain his services, perhaps my guard friend in town, wants a transfer in a week or two. (basically going to continue earing xp till 5th on most days, spending a few each week to make sure people aint slacking off while im cleaning out the sewers.)

Under Construction Artisan Shop:Stonemason's: Done 3rd Day Next Month.

To build this fort Uzziah knows that he is going to need to hire some stonemasons for the walls, he figures that he may as well build them a shop to work out of. It will be done in a couple of weeks. He also sets about hiring some lawyers, some barristers to make sure his legal tail is covered, HE IS OFFERING THEIR SERVICES TO THE COUNCIL.
Ten days after the duel his brother fought, he spends but one tidge of influence to see what his contact know of the enemy. Hopefully after things have calmed down a bit. The rest of the days Uzziah spends crawling though the sewers and making them just a little bit safer.

again no worries, id like to be located outside the town walls, if any. with coastal/water access in the NE corner of my map, if at all possible. will adjust NE corner to be whichever corner is needed for that.
I was intending to fill the pits with water, after walls are raised 2 high. a couple drawbridges for access, some docks off that above corner.
inside am intending soldiers, bunks, a lot of gardens little more storage, kitchens and what not.
I want to build some extensive farms and gardens and animal pens, for that it will need to be outside the walls, may as well add a defensive fortress to the city in the process. Uzziah's cover is a gardener, but his cover contact(that civic gardening) is a solder that's in charge of keeping order in the city.
We had a couple dipping into politics heavily. Griar can supply the city soldiers I recon he will train or hire soon. You've got spend some of that gold you have there. :)
That and uzziah figures if he owns the guards, they WILL turn a blind eye to any of his other teams works. left unsaid is the burial ground with plenty of more room..
Was looking though the XP, seems that Griar and I made 5th at 5000, not sure if that changes the XP/daily totals for you or not.

I tend to end each ten day with almost no Gold, around the price of a piece of labor/goods. Its only for a couple of days before the Collector shows up that I focus 100% on GP generation.

Uzziah has his teams and buildings spending this ten day period fully digging out the pit along the northern edge and enlarging the pits the corners of his site.
Uzziah himself spends his entire time down poking around in the sewers, working on cleaning up a goodly portion of its lesser dangers and taking a bath each day when he returns to the surface.
Far as why they are not in discussion, perhaps they need a link. I know some things don't show up for new players like they do for current players or dm's.

You havnt been clear when Exactly what date the two new people arrive, so I am assuming that is why they havnt posted anything in gameplay. But both Griar and myself are done with our actions up to 10/1/4710.
Glad to help out. I was making a maps for four other characters of mine, I figured I should scan and posts Uzziah's lair here as hes the first of the other five characters that owned any downtime buildings.
Also wanted to show my logic for picking up the five pits last week Its going to take 30 more of them to finish the defensive perimeter.
My placeCase you wonder what my place looks like. It is upside down. But the outer border there eventually to be filled in with a lot of pits, then a wall inside from the pit, with a gatehouse coming in from NE corner. Will even use a couple courtyards to make "streets". This is of course assuming that Uzziah lives long enough to make it feasible.
I forgot to add the Burial Ground. It is 5 high and 4 wide from SW corner of the . . . . Main Empty Space.

Perhaps the two that were here before, simply got transferred back to headquarters and the collector brings you with as replacement's on the 10th, as collector comes each 10th..
IF you don't have a physical copy of Ultimate Campaign. Look through the This d20pfsrd link to downtime rules because its easier to navigate then the srd here for the actual rules. I also suggest reading through gameplay/discussion as I know ive made a few mistakes, we all have. but you can learn from what we did right/wrong and then know what to do. With the coin you do have, since your above 1st level. I would keep some of it to earn capital with. Goods/Labor costs 10g per, Influence costs 15g per, Magic costs 50g per; if you earn them yourself - double that if you buy them.
The shack is a place to live out of, and sorta serves a starting point for a for some of the other rooms. They are worth about 100g. You would do better to map out the whole three months but option two lets you just jump in and get going starting now. None of us four initial people used any our starting funds at 1st for any types of Capital or goods/teams, and I have the wealthy parents trait -if you go this route use it for gear/items.
Starting as you are, is saving you a inncost of 2g(for a cheep inn for a week) and if you go the laborer route, they can be upgraded to almost any other team where as if you go the cutpurse route you will make more coin and have an easy source of capital goods/labor vs just labor.
So this week.
The Curpurses are getting some well needed training and will be robbers in a couple days.
The gardeners and Uzziah start digging a pit, a large one, we spend most of our time this week excavating a series of pits the same size as the burial ground. The soldiers spend the week mostly patrolling.
One of the laborers suggests that a Lavatory might be nice, so were not doing out business over the edge of the pit. It will be completed end day on the 1st.
Well it has been fun running round town here with you Jhilad, if you ever need a place to stay, your welcome to crash out at the shack, or bunks im going to get set up soon-ish.

Given the choice id prefer the extra two teams and shack over the capital, but Really can go either way You prefer. You already have it done with the appropriate capital we can just stick with that.
I screwed up a fair bit this last week. I was reading through the downtime upgrade section. When you upgrade a room/team you just pay the difference, not the full cost of the upgraded to room/team. So just to make the math easier and not having to redo the whole period. Assume that the stuff I said I upgraded ^ in last post I just built/hired and gave the one team of laborers(that I said I upgraded) a few days off work. And that shack I said I turned into a Storage, its still there waiting to be upgraded into something else. See spoiler.
The only reason spoiler in the mini campaign thing I am fixin to start is that the book 2 and part of 3 take place in Dresden (which is printed on the back of the AP books so not really a spoil per say, more of a heads up) I wont spoil the AP, cuz its I think the best written one beside kingmaker or legacy of fire(I liked that one a lot, a lot)
The players in my new thing, will not be mythic, will never be mythic. so they even if ya all were 20th npcs, wouldn't be able to do the ap.. and mythic stuff is mean to non-mythic beings. I still run 3 wrath tables. 2 in book 1 and 1 just ready for book 3 (on hold till march, whilethey play the renn faires.)
Totally fine Cyrioul. I like how you run this for us, its helps sink in all the rules. I just like a tad more fluff.. but I am really attached to uzziah that's for sure..more-so then other 2nd level characters I have atm. Perhaps itsthe whole he has people hes responsible for.

I think without the HEIST system you have, it would be soo much slower. when I was sitting in the hospital w naught but a broken tv for company I came up with the idea for this spin off campaign.
There has to be some way to give gold/capital to the players at a more advanced rate then they can earn it themselves. Just look where we were would be without the Heists.. we be back a bunch of weeks. Most weeks would just be earning gp to make capital on theweekend so to speak.

Uzziah keeps his men on vacation for the first two days. As he bends over backwards earning favors, goods and buying a small piece of magic. Knowing the project that their boss Uzziah is undertaking, and how much he has accomplished in two days by himself all his teams jump on board. Construction is started again for a Burial Ground to be finished on the 22nd.
Knowing what happened last week, we focus on supplying and training one of the Halfling laborers into a Guard unit, and then into a unit of Soldiers, which will be fully trained and ready to start work on the 22nd when the Burial Ground is completed. We know where that one guard works, I doubt that he was fired, going to wait till next week to track him down, after the burial ground is finished.
Griar, you want any help with that heist or you good yourself? You can certaintly use the gardeners as a screen, my cutpurses are depressed and don't want go to on any missions atm, which considering they are still with me and have lost 50% of their numbers this week aint too bad. But ill come inside if you need a hand.

I don't know why its been posting the last couple as martin. Uzziah and Martin's names are in different placesin the list. martin is in a different campaign. I don't know what that issue is. Boss, if you want to remove martin from the list of characters in this campaign, maybe that would help. I think what happened was I posted one of his martins tales then came and here and went to post as uzziah but somehow clicked martin. Thanks griar, im glad to be to home too.. For the first the gardeners are our putting in favors with bricklayers and carpenters, uzziah has a small stockpile of goods that he trades to those dwarves for them to build him a second shack, it will take four days.
The next two days are the same, some of the laborers do some more work for the dwarves, everyone else is busy earning gold.
Everyone works hard on the next day.
I lead my crew of cutpurses to snag some building supplies for our warehouse, but feel guilty about it so go back and leave some gold in its place. The dwarves agree to start turning that new shack into a warehouse.
The next three days everyone busts their butts earning gold.
I give the crew from the 8th to the 10th off. I spend my time poking around in the sewers for those two days, as well as setting up a little hidey hole for a few coins in the warehouse. i return early on the 10th and take a good shower and cleaned up before we meet with the Collector.
Heists:
I would like to hit the following targets.
01st Warehouse01 & Warehouse02 }Have been casing it for a week, I want to bring each of the partners onboard.
Four all the Heists I am going to stage all 5 teams of gardeners nearby as a distraction, doing some loud civic gardening.

I am running AP:Wrath and homebrew kingdom building campaign atm.
If I could master how you do the math/spreadsheets online I use a just a pencil and notebook for my "spreadsheet".. kinda low tech but it works for me. It would never work from a DM's perspective though.
How much actually work is our actions for you Cyrioul? 30 secs, 5 minutes 20 minutes a person?
And how much work is it to set up one of them google spreadsheet things?
I do a fair bit of work at my church here too, but nonpaid.. They paid me for the first year (4 years ago) but I just put the checks into the offering plates so they took the hint :)
Ive refined my spreadsheet 3 times, just in the past game month.
I was thinking about doing something like this as another campaign, but I don't know if I want to do all that math for other people.. when I cant even get uzziah's numbers right/to balance with you math. Like this past week I have my total 0.31GP less then you have.

When my cutpurses were out this past month, they found a couple warehouses that really havnt seen that much of traffic. Id like to poke around in them and see if there is anything worthwhile. Its where my cutpurses nabbed the goods earlier this month.
While doing my civic gardening, ive found a couple different jewelry shops, no clue on their security, I didn't feel that a tiefling gardener all covered in dirt and such would be a real customer so I never went into either shop.
I havnt seen any slave owners, but I would love to hit them, if there are any here.
My only restrictions are ill never a rob a church (dun matter the deity) and id prefer not to rob commoners.. merchants and nobles are a whole different ball of wax.
I know that some of the others have mentioned specific heists that they wanted to do.. but they never told Uzziah so I cant tell you them.
Saul, it looks as though we are waiting on you mate. Hope that your Christmas was good and safe.
Next week, Do we have anything that we need to do, other than hopefully being successfully in the two or three heists that we are going to pull of next week.
This week (that just ended on the 31st) was anyone able to find anything out bout the spiked hand that may be useful for framing them for our heists?
If any of the rest of you can figure out anything about the Spiked Hand. their trademarks or tell signs or perhaps an insignia or something. I would like to leave behind calling cards for the watch to find after the heists next month. Perhaps we can bring the heat on them and just blend in. They do not know we are here yet.. we are not acting like a typical thieves guild. Again if there is anything my teams can for the rest of you let me know. I am building up a labor force so we can tackle huge projects, such as building a building, not just some rooms.
The only reason I went rogue was because the premise was thieves guild and every one needs least one rogue.
Id like to run 2, maybe even 3 heists each 10 period next month, at least 2 before The Collector gets here again.
I will be focusing on my legitimate side of things almost the entire month. I am going to see exactly how quickly I can grow this group of laborers into a cohesive force.
In two months time I would like to get a second shack laid down and upgraded into a warehouse, as a well as at least one garden planted.
This has been a vary slow start, the initial acquiring of gold/Capital.. but I feel things are starting to flow for me. I can make 13.55 GP a day now with myself and teams, which is enough to set one team of laborers to Labor and still gain 1.84gp.
By the looks of things, every three days I can hire another unit of laborers and still turn a profit in gold.
Im not looking in too detailed at any of your setups of teams and orginizations, as I don't want to tell you guys what to do or otherwise. But ive made some big mistakes like actually buying stuff with coin from the heists, not building capital with the coin. The only times ive seen over 100 gold is right after a heist.
I think about being an accountant playing this campaign here Cyrioul. But its fun, not near as dry and I thought it might turn out being.

Uzziah spends this ten day, more then doubling the size of his operation. He is actively seeking out halflings and gnomes to make up his five Team of Gardeners. He is vary happy, this month has done as was suggested and not done any heists to let the heat fade away. A couple of days the cutpurses actually spend doing civic gardening earning influence with my friend Berry Westus, the guy that ive been doing my gardening work for.
Uzziah intends to make up for it next month though brining everyone of the other leaders into each of the many heists he has planned, Tenitivally he has eight planned, but planning is only good in his head. Depending on how much the law relents their searches after this month off.
