Background:
Uzziah has no clue who his parents are. He was raised in what he thought was an orphanage just outside Cheliax. Turns out it was a Farm, On the Night of the Harvest Moon a tiller came and freed him with the crop of halfling children he was enslaved with. All of his skills have been paid for the Iron way. He has been on his own, Irrigating and looking for a funds to build a barn. He is willing to do whatever it takes. His wealthy parent was the folks he robbed to get what he has.
