Keeping as quiet as his gear allows him to, Ushi follows behind, stepping up to block the passage not taken, shield between himself and the darkness.

Ushi accepts the offered handshake, only slightly worried some pigment from the decorating might stain his glove. "Do they share anything in common, besides the obvious? A list of the deceased may help find a less obvious reason for the horrors." he inquires as Quil finishes declaring her suspicions.

Ushi inquires about the recent announcement, listening to Torrsen's explanation regarding the political situation before nodding. "A gambling hall, a church, lead by a Pathfinder agent. Do I guess correctly that Quil is a worshiper of Cayden? More importantly, did she provide any basis for her suspicion of foul play?"

Out of place among the common carts and draft teams on the docks, a white lacquered carriage comes to a stop at the end of the pier leading to the Voracious. The gold inlaid door opens to allow a scaled head to emerge, the only visible scales the nagaji man displays. His clothing matches the brilliant white and gold, while a wealth of jewelry adorns the cloth not obscured by the mithral armor covering his chest.

With a nod to an unseen occupant still within, he turns away to walk up the weathered platform jutting into the Bay of Kortos. As he makes his way up the gangplank, one white gloved hand raises in greeting.

"Venture Captain Flyn, a pleasure to meet you. Your reputation precedes you and assures a safe journey. I am Ushi, Prophet of Kalistrade." His gaze turns to the rest of the gathered Pathfinders. "I sense many talents among our gathered selves. May this journey bring success and good fortune to us all."

Ushi will be happy to bring up the rear or fill in anywhere else. He can be 5ft of difficult terrain as needed.

Leaning towards my Lore Oracle for a good balance with the rest of the team. Need to update his profile, should be able to get to that tonight.

Ushi would hate to abandon a potential trade contact, but all he can do is talk and heal at this point. As the one with enough prestige to raise, I leave the decision to those who don't.

"Nor do you need to kill today. Everyone can walk out of here." Ushi counters, touching Patros again with the wand.

If Laiashi wants to step into Ushi's square after her next turn, he will ready to step into hers and heal Nino. I only worry Patros might go down before I can get Nino awake.

Remember he can't be crit.
