Posting will be spotty right now. Got a new job that is making us work a lot of overtime for the next few weeks and I'm basically passing out as soon as I get home.

"No no, bad thing bad thing! D3-K0, kill it!" Twitch yelled as the strange feather pierced through his thin armor. With a mechanical rumbling, D3-K0 rushed forward, the small ysoki holding on tightly, with the drone's blade pointed at the feathered beast.

Attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 13
Damage: 1d12 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5

"Nothin' ever comes from nothin'," as one of Twitch's grandmothers always said, so Twitch took the advice to heart and moved deeper into the warehouse towards the middle of the floor where the junk was scattered. His body moved with D3-K0's motions, the sharp clacking of the droid's feet echoing around the room.

Hopping up onto D3-K0's riding seat, Twitch whispered, "Disengage safety protocols, activate combat protocols. Search and destroy. Target, feathery creature. Acknowledge." A growling sound echoed from D3-K0's vocal speaker as its body started to slightly vibrate. A long blade extended from its front shoulder, ending almost a foot past its head.

Entering the building, Twitch took a moment to adjust to the dark interior before cautiously moving forward.

Twitch nodded along with the shirren, slightly envious of the technological upgrades the insectoid had installed within his body, and started getting D3-K0 up to combat readiness when the final request was made. He instantly looked up at the leader of the Exo-Guardians and opened his mouth to reply before closing it. That repeated a few times before he brought up his computer and did a quick search in reasons for anonymous gift-giving. Raising an eyebrow, he asked, "Buy record for lady, yes yes? Secret gift, means romantic interest. Strange, yes yes yes. Could just buy digital copy, send through 'net... No no no, queary says physical objects mean more, yes!"

Distractedly taking the payments from both men, Twitch was already on his persocom trying to find the next item on his fixit list. "Yes yes, thank you. Still things to fix fix fix. Hrmm, where to next?" The last was said in an aside to D3-K0, though plainly audible to anybody around.

As the sheer size of the task before him set in, Twitch sighed and looked over at the female android. "Too big for small group, yes yes. Need more. More people, more supplies, yes yes yes!" he said as D3-K0 walked over to the group around the stranger critter. "Twitch, I am. Your name, yes yes?"

Sorry, been sick and no energy to do gaming.

As the others started cooing and awing over the little critter, Twitch did what he did best and started working on the various computer systems, trying to get everything back up and running in peak-ish efficiency.

Computers: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (5) + 9 = 14

Moving closer to the no-longer-struggling creature, Twitch took a closer look at it. "Obviously some kind of shapechanger, yes yes, though not heard of one that could properly mimic inanimate objects," he said thoughtfully as he looked it over. "This is not in database, though ashamed to admit that I lost several files when someone-" He stopped to glare over that the somehow sheepishly looking four-legged droid before continuing. How a droid could do that with no proper face or really any body language is hard to tell. "-decided to spill fresh caf all over my computer. Recommend keeping a hold of it until a proper containment apparatus can be built. Yes yes yes!"

Life Science: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (3) + 8 = 11 +1 for Physical Science to identify the creature

Computers: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (3) + 9 = 12

"Stopped leak, not good job, yes yes," Twitch muttered as stopped for a minute to think things through. [B]"Yes yes, cameras see all! Must bring up camera vids, yes yes yes!"[b] Moving over to one of the other computers, he furiously started typing away, trying to find the correct root menu.

With the room temperature rising, Twitch turned his attention to the leaking container. Moving over carefully, he reached into his belt pouch and pulled out various tools. Selecting the right tools, he set about fixing the leak.

Engineering: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (11) + 11 = 22

Would my Custom Rig ability, as it functions as both computer tools and an engineering kit, work to repair something like this?

Twitch Reflex: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 20
Drone Reflex: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
Twitch Acrobatics: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19
Twitch Computers: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (11) + 9 = 20

"No no no, bad ship bad ship, I help fix!" Twitch screamed as the fire retardant sprayed out. He was able to dodge out of the way by rolling off of D3-K0, but the droid got the full spray in the face. Catching his breath, he looked around the icy room with a frown. Skittering quickly over the slippery surface, he rushed towards the nearest computer to attempt to activate it and fix any computer problems. "Yes yes, fix ship, make better! D3-K0, watch for security!"

"Bah, no standing around, no no no!" Twitch said as the children left the area. "Must finish repairs, yes yes! Go go go, into next room! Yes yes, go into room!" And with that, Twitch, riding atop the mechanoid D3-K0, moved into the room.

"What what? No more questions! Out out out!" Twtch exclaimed from atop the four-legged mechanoid. "No children down here, up up up!" With that, he started ushering the children towards the nearest lift.

"No children allowed! Back up top, yes yes! Come come come!" Twitch exclaimed, hopping onto D3-K0 and holding his hand up. "Bring kids back then fix ship, yes yes yes!"

Twitch was brought out of his rant as the others showed their Starfinder affiliations. "What? Starfinders? Yes yes, good good, need help. Many systems breaking, things sparking and burning!" Turning towards his droid, he added, "Stand down, you menace! Can't you see they're friends?! Gah, so useless!"

Taking a deep breath to calm down, for a given definition of the phrase, he continued on. "Yes yes, need help. Good with computers? Engineering? Wait, kids? What kids? WHO LET KIDS ON THE SHIP?! D3-K0, search and rescue! Kids in trouble, left the nest! Yes yes, must find kids!" With a reasonable command, D3-K0 immediately jumped into action and started to search the area.

D3-K0 Perception: 1d20 ⇒ 14

From the other side of the corridor, a sudden noise, like that of someone banging their head against metal and loud swearing, suddenly started. "OW MOVE! DON'T KNOW WHY I DON'T SCRAP YOU, YOU JUNK HEAP!" a fast-paced voice cried out, followed by more clanging and rattling. As the others tried to convince children to come out of their hidey-hole, a small ysoki, even compared to others of his race, crawled out of a near-by air vent, followed by a large metal...something. The swearing continued at a quieter tone as the ysoki turned to the droid following him. "I swear, one of these days and poof! Gone, just like that, laid out on my work table, yes yes yes!" Catching movement out of the corner of his eye, he whipped around clutching a large wrench. "What?! Who are you? Starfinders only here, yes yes, just Starfinders! Show identification, or...or...Yes yes, D3-K0, earn your keep! Interlopers invaders brigands bandits! Yes yes!"

As he kept yelling out, by now too far into his increasing rant to notice anything around him, the droid behind him just cocked it's head and looked at the others with them.

Myth-Weavers came back, so here are the sheets for Twitch and D3-K0, his combat drone.

Here's the alias for DekoTheBarbarian. Twitch is an Ysoki Mechanic with the Scholar theme. Part of the Dataphiles faction. Uses his combat drone for combat. Good at Computers, Engineering, and Piloting.
