If the plan is about to be enacted, and it requires the gear, then the gear it will use is already in the hands of the people who will use it and not in storage with the rest. The point in going after Hosilla immediately is to prevent the plan if it is supposed to happen, like, now. If the plan is NOT supposed to happen, like, now, then there will be time to retrieve the gear afterwards, anyway. For this player's money, we need to stop the (possibly) immediate threat first. Aspect of Tiger, Minor | Exalted Resistance 7 | Spear of Purity As long as we're going "Oh, BTW . . .." My wife is going in for surgery on Friday. Surgeon says that depending on what he finds inside her thigh bone DURING the surgery, he might have to do different things . . .. The "good" path is remove her improperly installed artificial knee and install a new one. This includes quite a bit of rehab to get used to the new knee and learn to walk properly again. The first alternate path is to remove the current knee, install a spacer and immobilize her leg completely for an indeterminate period of time while she has an anti-biotic drip going into her thighbone. THEN have another surgery to put a new artificial knee in place, and start rehab to not just learn how to walk again but also to rebuild the muscles in her leg . . .. Another alternate path is to identify the nodule he wants to check out as cancerous. Nobody's told me what that path will entail. Heck, nobody has said this optional leg exists, but when he doesn't know what the nodule is and it hasn't behaved the way he expected it to if it were a simple infection . . .. Maybe I'm just being a worry wart. Once she's home, I should have plenty of time to keep posting, though I have no idea what my schedule will look like! I'll be caring for her and watching the grandchildren while their Mom works. Were we 30 years younger, I would think having a child a much better use of the time. Trok's speed is 40', so his default Stealth speed is 20'. I will hang back with if that is the preference.
