A.B.C.D. When reporting older scenarios

I am drawing a blank even though I know I have filled these blocks out before. It has been to long and I am drawing a blank. Above the GM info, how do you know which block to mark?
Tengu Inquisitor build.....HELPful ideas please....

I am building a Tengu Inquisitor for PFS. I normally run combat/clerics. I want to still be able to assist the party, but wish to be more than a back up to everyone. I know that Inquisitors can be awesome, I just am not sure how to set him up to make that happen.

Ideas? Thought?
