Do we have enough loot to pay for raising him? 7000 gp for raise dead and two restorations, that's the resale value of everything he has. That's assuming the 'Ferry' has a cleric of high enough level to raise him.

To my knowledge we haven't found all that much. Was anyone tracking 'loot'?

Edit: To answer my own question I've found here and here

Rough guess, everything sells at half-price we may get enough to raise him. Not sure it's worth it for the other players. Dungeon Master of Graves you open to the idea of me bringing in another character?

Do we? Is there a caster in town who can raise him? I have mixed feelings about it. I'm not sure Ting would want resurrected.

Oh it's Rappan Athuk, there is always this possibility. The first time I played it the GM had us the 'character' fill out a will :)

Having said that I appreciate the opportunity to play Ting again, even if it was just for a bit in PBP terms.

With ting's Hp being 58, and the attack damage was 27+34+33=94, so -94-58= -36 if my math is right, this means ting is dead, correct?

Seeing the mummy, dragging a longsword as it shuffles along, Ting blinks, then quickly moves forward. "'At's no way's ta treat a bloody sword, wroight." Studying the mummy as he moves forward, Ting lifts his void-glass falchion overhead and chops at the mummy.

20 ft move: Studied target (flat footed) Attack: Falchion, Studied target, Flat footed, power attack

Would you remove the cover from the map so we can see their location?

Blinking, ting feels something cold wash over him. Blinking, he shifts his voidglass falchion to a two handed grip, "Oy, Maybe' 'ease blokes 'er breathin' too!"

Just some fluff until we see the map.

Shrugging as he continued into the room, ting asks, "So's 'air's also the possibalies we's'l finds an ancient map as ta where's tha hidden prisoners is held, wroight?"

As the door cracks open ting peeks inside. Seeing untouched goodies, he cracks the door wider so 'Lefty' can move his dancing lights into the room. Unable to resist the draw of potential shiny objects, ting toddles into the room keeping a keen eye out for anything problematic.

Taking 10 (22/25) on perception. Will move Ting's icon once the room is 'uncovered'

Furrowing his brow, Ting taps the skeleton again with his weapon, "Oh is you's alives er is you's dead?" Shrugging his shoulder in a very human fashion, Ting nods his beak in agreement with 'Lefty' and heads down the tunnel towards the no-longer-secret door. Pausing at the door he carefully inspects it for traps and locks, after dealing with whatever he finds he attempts to open the door.

Will take 20 (2/35) on perception for the door, taking 10(31/34) on disable device

His eyes watering from the mold in the air, Ting, telling the others, "Tha breathin' is commin' from 'is 'ear skelyton wroight." Using the tip of the falchion he attempts to turn the skeleton over to see what is beneath.

Str check?: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 22

Not entirely sure what Wyran is thinking, when Ting hears the shaman ask if there might be survivors, he answers, "We's'l see wroight." Moving towards the moss-covered skeletons intent on nudging them with his void-glass falchion.

Will move to the skeletons, and touch them with the back of the blade, taking 10(22/25) on perception

Getting nervous about someone he can't see breathing in the tunnel with him ting asks nervously, "Any o' you's blokes got's a way o' seein' somet'in' invisible?"

Freezing in place, Ting turns his beak and looks over his shoulder at the others, "Oh! I's 'ear's somet'in' breathin' in 'ear, wroight."

As the 'hidden door' opens, ting points at the fire trap with one talon. "At's one bloody fine trapsies, wroight?" Moving into the hallway, he stop a good distance from the three skeletons lying in the passageway. Seeing the spear trap he nods his beak, "'Air's another fine trapsies." He puases and points at the crust of mold. Having had a bad experience with mold, he turns and looks at the others, "Do's you's blokes t'ink tha mold is anythin' ta worries 'bout?"

Seeing the bent brass plaque ting toddled its direction, lifting the discarded plaque he read aloud. "Wizardy loight, Wizardy moight, loight o' fire, Funerary pyre?" Turning his beak almost full around he looks at his companions, "So's what tha' bloody 'ell's is 'at supposed ta mean?"

If nothing happens from reading aloud
Catching a glint from the corner of his eye, ting carefully sets the plaque down and moves to the far wall finding the concealed door. Carefully inspecting the door, he disables any traps or locks he finds, then carefully opens it.

Anything behind the set of doors Ting inspected?

Are the stairs to the west ascending of descending. They look like the stairs going up, but I want to be sure

"You's is wroight." Nodding his head in agreement with 'Lefty' Ting moves towards the first set of double doors leading to the south east. He quickly inspects the doors, dealing with any locks or traps he finds. Then, once the group is ready, he opens the doors.

Taking 10(22/25) on perception and 19(31/34) on disable device for the doors

Nodding his beak in agreement with 'Lefty,' ting echo's the Elf's sentiment when Wyran volunteers. "'at's a bloody fine idear's, wroight."

The phrase 'worth it' having a more monetary value to the Tengu, Ting shrugs his shoulders. Looking from Wyran to the others. "Does you's t'ink tha monkey's may have been buried wit any shinys?"

Wringing his talons for a moment, he continues. "We's is supposed ta be lookin' fer tha girly girl. If'n she's gone 'is ways, do's we's have time ta search tha' place." he points towards the coffins. "I's jus' don't wants to be in tha floggin' middle if'n zombies starts ta bloody well jumps out at us, wroight."

Lulling his tongue in a tengu smile, Ting waits as the others crawl through the rubble. Once they are all with him, he begins to head down the tunnel, keeping his falchion at the ready and an eye peeled for danger.

Taking 10 (22/25) on perception heading down the tunnel

Looking at the curious fresco before he peaks down the tunnel, Ting moves back to the rubble he crawled through. Sticking his beak in the hole he'd passed through he calls back to the others in his crow-like voice. "Oy 'air's a room in'ear. Got's a bloody picture o' 'em hooded blokes and a tunnel's 'at 'eads South. You's blokes want's ta check it outs?"

As the others spoke on the skeletons sealed in emerald carbonite Ting could not control his corvid-like curiosity. Croaking, "I's'l be back." he squeezed over the rubble into the larger space, keeping a keen out and his void-glass blade at the ready.

Again, Taking 10 (22/25) on perception

Hearing Wyran's description of the skeletons, Ting reaches up under his conical hat, scratching his head. "So's if'n ey's is stuck in tha glass, why's don't we's leave' 'em alone, wroight?"

As the others examine the class entombed skeletons, Ting wanders over to the rubble in the southeast corner and begins poking around, looking for anything interesting.

Taking 10 (22/25) on perception

Nice perception

Lulling his tongue in a tengu smile, Ting heads towards the fissures in the northern wall to see what he can see.

Watching as 'Lefty' moves his dancing lights ahead into the cave, Ting turns and bobs his beak, "T'anks!" Waiting for the others to catch up, he continues to push forward into the cave, keeping a keen eye out as he goes.

The harpy fled out an entrance to the north, and the passage you entered from continues west.

The 'cave' to the east where Ting is placed, does it continue?

Bobbing his beak at Wyran's and Malinor's assessment, Ting points his Falchion in the general direction of the eastern corridor "Of we's go 'en, wroight." and he carefully heads down the cave tunnel, void-glass falchion in hand, his ioun torch spinning about his odd hat.

He's gone as far east as the map will let him. Taking 10(22/25) on perception.

Lulling his tongue in a tengu smile, Ting nods to Wyran, "T'anks." He gestures towards the east, "Shall we's keep lookin' fer tha' girly girl?" Moving that way, he turns and asks Lefty, "Shall we's goes ta'gether or do you's wants ta forge ahead?"

Hearing Wyran's recommendation Ting nods his beak, "'At's a bloody fine idear's Wyran." He points to his shoulder. "Me wings is winged, could you's fix it up?"

Sorry ting is down 16 hp by my calculation

Returning back to the group, Ting realizes 'Lefty' is awake and talking. Lulling his tongue in a tengu smile he squawks "No fun's at all, But I's is bloody well glad you's is back wit us, Wroight." As he offers the elf a talon to help him stand.

Once 'Lefty' is up and ready to move, Ting points towards the bottom of the odd pool. "Air be some 'shiny's' 'at tha bottom o' 'at floggin' pond but I's aint's goin' backs in, lost too many's feathers already's."

He points to the tree, "So's any o' you's blokes ever seen's a tree loike 'at one?"

GM any knowledge rolls here to help with understanding the tree or pond?

Seeing the Harpy leave, Ting watches as Wyran double checks 'Lefty.' Leaving the medical stuff to the medical people, Ting announces, "I's'l takes a look-see about, wroight." He carefully inspects the rest of the lair, searching for anything of value. Poking his beak into the western cave, just to see what might be there.

Realizing he's standing in acidic water, ting begins to head out of the pool dragging left with him. As he drops his friend on dry ground, he shakes the elf. "Wake's up Lefter's Wakes the bloody 'ell up!"

I assume 'Lefty' is presently unconscious. If not it still plays in my head.

will: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 17 So are we free of the harpy's spell?

Discomforted by the 'heat' of the swimming pond, Ting squawks at the harpy as it bonks him on the head while he's swimming after 'Lefty.' Catching his friend by the arm ting tries to hoist his head above the 'water.'

str?: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
So what needs to happen for ting to ignore the harpy song?

Ting continues to splash about in the pool after his friend 'Lefty.'

I'm not sure how the 'Harpies song' works, is there anything from stopping ting from helping lefty stay afloat while he's in the acidic water?

will: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9

Cocking his head, ting watches 'Left' walk in pool. Ignoring the harpy swinging her club, the tengu follows his friend into the pool.

Are the harpies on the map?

Nodding his beak in agreement, Ting repeats the instructions. "Keeps aways from tha bloody magical pond an' keeps lookin' wroight." When everyone is ready, following Wyran's instructions, he carefully moves into the room, hugging the right hand wall keeping a keen eye out.

is the singing the same as what we heard when they were summoning in the temple, or is it more similar to the pipes we heard being played in the room we just left?

Hearing the sound of singing, ting pauses at the crumpled wall. Lulling his tongue in a tengu smile, Ting rasps. "I's'l wager You's blokes don't wants ta here me bloody well sing, wroight."

Realizing he was still holding Malinor's crowbar, he reaches out handing it back, "Tank's fer that crowy bar."

As Malinor takes the tool, Ting starts to draw his void-glass falchion. Pointing towards the room. "It looks loike we's could get's around tha funny puddle if'n we's wants ter."

just a little fluff, waiting on answers to the questions

Lulling his tongue in a tengu smile, Ting excepts the crowbar, "T'anks!" Ting approaches the wall, winking at 'Lefty' "'Is should do's better 'an rammin' it wit me shoulder, like tha last times, wroight." jamming the crowbar in a joint in the wall, he gives a tug.

I was waiting to see if Malinor would hand Ting the crowbar he has in his pack

Turning to the pistolero, ting asks, "So's does you's got a crows bar?"

Do with it what you will: str: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12

Having caught up with 'Lefty' Ting lulls his tongue in a tengu smile, "I's'l be willin' ta bloody well 'elp, wroight." He turns and looks at those if anyone who followed, "Any o' you's bloke got a crowbar er a hammer?"

he's got an 18 str, just not the right tool for the job.

Turning and winking at Wyran, "Not me's bloody god, wroight." He then follows 'Lefty down the stops and up the passageway.

Seeing the skeletons slowly return to the crypts and 'Lefty' chancing the room to head to the stairs, Ting cautiously slides back into the room. keeping his back against the wall, he moves towards the stairs the elf headed down.

Once he's confident the skeletons are staying in their crypts, he heads down the stairs after his friend. Also, keeping a keen eye out for traps.

Lefty casts Dancing lights and looks down one of the stairways.

Check the map, I think the stairways are in the room, would we be able to get to it without interrupting the dancing sphere?

Watching as 'Lefty' moved into the room, Ting looks from their scout to the shaman, "wern't 'em bloody toady statures 'at came's ta life, related ta 'im?"

Having danced his way through the circle of skeletal death, Ting places his bow in it's scabbard so he can waive his wings around as he describes the statue, door and stairwells. Once he's done with his 'colorful' description he draws the voidglass falchion. "So how's does we's get rid o' 'em bloody bony skely-tons wroight?"

Chiming in with Wyran, how big is the circle and after moving 60ft, how close is he to the dancing skeletons circle and the entrance where his friends are waiting. Would it help any if we used the map?

Continuing to shuffle his two-step jig, Ting, moves towards the hallway where he had entered. Keeping his bow at the ready, he turns towards his companions. His eyes wide, whether due to concentration or concern it's hard to tell.

Not sure how far he actually got into the room. How much further does he need to go to be out of the circle and or room?

Hm, had to go back and check what weapon he was carrying, sadly it was the bow. Not the optimum weapon for skeletons.

Realizing he is no longer forced to dance, Ting, trying to keep the rhythm of the pipe, warily begins moving back to where his companions are outside of the room. Keeping his bow at the ready as he prances along in case any of the dancing skeletons decide to get frisky.
