I do like the idea of getting non PFS GM's at conventions but the issue is still for the home gamers who a: are not all GM's b: factions take a big hit on these games. If we wait for conventions we only see two or three out here (VT) a year....
If you live in VT then drop me an emial: deathboy01@gmail.com. I am trying to put together a New England PFS thing where we meet once a month to bang out senarios. My genral idea is to have the DMs switch out slot 0 running so they all get a chance to play as many as possible, but still have to run one slot 0 themselves.

I've set up a New Englang PFS gameday that will play in the northshore, southern New Hampshire area if your interested. The first gameday will be played on September 13th.

I have a large group of individuals who want to get started playing PFS in New England. I have contacted a number of stores about their involvement in procurring mods and such through the retailer program that has been mentioned on numerous occasions by Paizo staff. These retail stores have no information on the program. Is there a program in which retail stores can get mods for play for free or a lower cost? Aren't retail stores supposed to be able to get the mods earlier then say people ordering them off this site?

What is the minimum number of players required at a table for PFS play? What is the maximum? How does one calculate the "APL" or level of play for the table?
