I hate to rain on things but Sacred Summons as written is pretty useless for neutral alignments due to the part you quoted: Quote: When using summon monster to summon creatures whose alignment subtype or subtypes exactly match your aura, you may cast the spell as a standard action instead of with a casting time of 1 round. Your Aura is Neutral Good. Only summons w/ the plain Good subtype (not Lawful/Chaotic) will work. An Astral Deva for Summon Monster IX is the only default one. There are 2 more if you use alternate summoning rules but those require worshiping a specific god. Taking Summon Good Monster opens up a few more options but I'm not sure that they're worth the trouble of 2 feats.
No need to jump through hoops to get Make Whole/Repair. The Promethian Alchemist can heal his Homunculus with his CLW extract @ 1st level thanks to the Sympathetic Alchemy ability of the Homunculus. They don't even need to worry about the Infusion discovery. As an added plus the Homunculus can prep your extracts for you.
A Feral Hunter can't take Power Attack @ lvl 1 (requires a BAB of +1) so your damage for levels 1 & 2 is 2d6+6 (avg: 12 max: 18) Wildshape will change your damage around as well depending on attack form. You'll have more attacks that are more accurate but lose some damage per attack. Add in Strong Jaw @ 8th and you'll see a big boost too.
Reliquarian had potential but as written the archetype is a bit wonky. It switches Mental Focus to WIS but leaves Focus Powers linked to INT. Not too bad if you only pick Focus Powers w/ no save but limits evocation/enchantment badly. The really wonky part is that it changes spells to divine but leaves INT as the casting stat. From what I can find, that leaves things up in the air. The entry for divine magic says WIS is the relevant ability for most divine spells and uses paladin as an example exception. I can see arguments for and against switching casting to WIS which seems a mess. |
