Idea: A dex & cha based divine caster. Requirements:
Optional:
Summit:
I been looking at feats that can be used with firearms.
Feats that I do know that cannot be used with firearms:
Can anyone add to this list such as Archtypes and other feats I forgot to mention?
I wanted a samurai that shoots a musket on the back of a mount and have a good AC vs. splash weapons. This build is particular for PFS so musketeer is not legal. I have a few questions for my build. 1. Can you carry a musket in one hand and wield a katana in the main hand? 2. Am I allowed to take archtypes such as luring cavalier or do I have to be a cavalier in order to take it? 3. What feats are best for this build?
I was reading/research on the kitsune race and so far I think they are great for spell casting. What I am looking for is a kitsune straight from Japanese folklore. Dragon Disciple Kitsune Stats:
Skill ranks: 1 rank in linguistics to gain the language Draconic
Level/feat progression
Rouge Kitsune Build Stats:
Levels / Feats
Kitsune Oracle (life) Stats:
Levels/Feats
Note all these characters are for PFs
I have a kitsune character build that could possibly be op on sneak attacks. But I have some questions in the end that needed to be addressed in order for this to work.
Base stats:
Class level progression:
Feats/Rouge talents:
Note 1: Underhanded* (Ex): A rogue with this talent gains a +4 circumstance bonus on all Sleight of Hand checks made to conceal a weapon. Furthermore, if she makes a sneak attack during the surprise round using a concealed weapon that her opponent didn’t know about, she does not have to roll sneak attack damage, and the sneak attack deals maximum damage. A rogue can only use the underhanded talent a number of times per day equal to her Charisma modifier (minimum 0). With this build I can do this 2 times a day. (Ultimate Combat p.70) Note 2: Firearm Training (Ex): A rogue with this talent gains Exotic Weapon Proficiency (firearms). (Ultimate Combat p.69) Note 3: Grit (Ex): A rogue with this talent gains the Amateur
Amateur Gunslinger (Combat)
The Deed I am looking at getting is Up close and deadly. Up Close and Deadly (Ex): At 1st level, when the pistolero hits a target with a one-handed firearm that is not making a scatter shot, she can spend 1 grit point to deal 1d6 points of extra damage on a hit. If she misses with the attack, she grazes the target, dealing half the extra damage anyway. This is precision damage and is not multiplied if the attack is a critical hit. This precision damage increases to 2d6 at 5th level, to 3d6 at 10th level, to 4d6 at 15th level, and to 5d6 at 20th level. This precision damage stacks with sneak attack and other forms of precision damage. This deed replaces the deadeye deed. End Result a level 7 kitsune who can apply 1d8+20 points of damage on a sneak attack on a surprise round and manage to conceal my gun. Magic Tail 4 makes me invisible for 7 minutes. Therefore this can get me close enough to sneak attack with a firearm. And have a daily allotment of 4 grit. Questions 1. Does Flat-Foot AC stack with Touch AC? 2. Is this PFS legal? 3. If I decide to pick up two weapon fighting later how would that effect the damage? 4. Does the deed in the Amateur Gunslinger feat increase in levels? 5. What do you guys think?
My original character in the adventure path Rise of the Rune Lords died at level 3. 1/5 party members survived the encounter (the one fled). The DM allowed us to create a level 3 character. The restrictions are:
So far I got:
Classes: Fighter 1/Sword-Saint 1/Cleric 1 (Daikitsu)
Equipment:
Idea: I want to make a nine tailed samurai that can channel positive energy. I'm only putting one level in cleric so I can use wand of CL without UMD.
I been thinking about doing a homebrew campaign of the forgotten realms. I was thinking of using some of the pathfinder rules because it simplifies skills compared to the v3.5. But I got loads of v3.5 stuff. Im new as a Gm and started looking at Modules to help me get started.
First option: Pathfinder rules:
Second option: Version 3.5:
Third option: merge rules.
I am a Dwarf Musket Master level 1 going into level 2. Im trying to decide which class i should go into in order to gain extra damage into my starting firearm. I already got point blank shot, and i wonder if i should go into Rouge for sneek attack or should I go a difrent way and save money to enchance my starting gun with flaming enhancement (for example). |
