I once made a grippli rogue for this campaign bc we had a bunch of new players and they all thought the skill role would be boring, plus its probably my favorite role. I was designing it and decided to take skill focus acrobatics and all the acrobatics-firndly grippli racials, along with the acrobat archetype. I had an 11 in acrobatics at level 1 and a 13 in climb. I didnt get to play the character bc one of the new players decided he didnt really want to play, and then the other one did the same thing because he thought we needed all 4 players. I never got to play sweet gib. I had this sick backstory and it was all around a really decent character but I'll never get to play it.

Can i just get some assorted grippli spoilers maybe? I ordered it a week ago and im getting really impatient

It still hasnt shipped :( i feel like a kid on the night before christmas. Can i get some FCB's for grippli spoiled pls?

Just ordered the paper copy. I read the words "grippli war painter" from the product description and immediatrly purchased it. It looks super solid.

I would kill for a grippli boon. I dont have any boons to trade though so i guess im screwed

i added in a family of badgers (knowing that one PC could speak Sylvan) that would not let them pass a certain point. they stayed there, trying to talk to the badgers, for like 30 minutes. after that session, my players freaked out and had like a group message to decipher the badger's secret and hung out for a while every day just posing ideas for it, but in the end, they just intimidated the badgers and walked through to the next corridor of the dungeon

i had a PC who checked walls so much (even when in his own home) that he just called it his "signature move," and only helped him once in an entire campign

we were attacked by a giant scorpion (a GM modified version so it was a decent challenge) at level 1, and all my allies were unconscious. i pull out my longbow and scream at it. i roll at nat 20, and a 6/6 on my damage die, taking it from almost full health left to unconscious and bleeding out. i do a coup de grace on it and kill it. it was amazing

on a survival check? you die.

is a pathological liar and narcissist

make sure they are unconscious after every combat, and change the solution to puzzles whenever they guess the right answer. basically, just never let them accomplish anything

When I get really excited and accidentally take over someone's turn, then realize what I'm doing and feel like such a douche. Then i apologize 60 times and then feel shit for the rest of the session.

Anybody know ways to kill a tarasque? I was thinking thatj the Assimilate Psionic power would work, but i want to know other ways. Thanks!

The new Whirling Dervish Swashbuckler archetype is really cool, but it does this really odd thing:

You get finesse with scimitar if you don't use a shield, and then gives you free dex to damage... at level four. No level 1 characters can afford to wait 3 levels for this, so you're either awful at killing things for the first part of the campaign, or you're taking slashing grace anyways to retrain away at level four (if the DM allows it).

It's not super underpowered, but it's just... so... awkward.

I sort of feel like the Dervish Dance feat is just too OP. Dex already applies to like a million things, and if its on damage too, why would you ever have strength?

So is Paizo going to release an Epic Level Handbook in the near future? My group just hit 20th level, and we're going to break for the winter, but once we come back, they are going to be slavering for more.

Sorry, this is 2 years late, but you could get them to just multiclass for the class stuff, and if they really don't want to, just make up some class stuff. As for the feats, I can just say I hope you don't have a fighter in your party.
