Hello again! We have had attrition in our in-person group this fall between school and work moves and we are looking to gain up to 3 new players to our burgeoning World's Largest Dungeon (WLD) campaign located in a sunny suburb of Tampa Bay, Florida. The intrepid team just reached second level and are still searching for allies in their new environment. Are you ready to take the plunge and try to find a way out? Campaign set up makes it easy to insert new players or even allow itinerant players to enjoy the game when they can participate. Due to my work schedule, weekend gaming times are the only opportunity I have to present the campaign and we strive for a Saturday game as much as possible. Please submit your candidacy via PM and we can work through the details there. Most character combinations are allowed (sorry no guns, it will make things way to difficult in this particular campaign). Looking forward to meeting some new folks in the area!

Greetings all! I am currently hosting a PF1E Rappan Athuk campaign in need of replacement players. The game evolved during the recent world crisis (COVID) but not all of my in-person players enjoyed the online experience. The group has a core of four members mostly in the eastern time zone (got one guy in California too). The group just reached level 6 (and they still have not set foot in the dungeon proper!), so plan a PC for that level. We use Roll20 for map interface and Discord for downtime, communication, and voice support. We only go forward with at least three players present within 30 minutes of start time (to avoid wasting others' time).
I am happy to provide additional information via PM and to discuss party composition as it relates to new PCs. Looking forward to adding some new people to the experience of online gaming and/or Frog God Games products. Your first rumor is "Do not go down the well!"

Greetings all,

I have recently moved to the area and am seeking either an established group with an opening or to gather a new group for a long term campaign. I have been collecting RPG material for the past 30+ years and have a great deal to offer. During that time, I have spent 90% as a DM and only 10% as a player. Due to my work schedule, weeknight games are not an option (unless we are willing to start after 9 PM on Friday night). I also have a teenage son who joined the last group we played in to add to the group if we need one more. We are located near I75 and SR 54, but are willing to commute (there are many benefits my hosting a game location). I have a unique campaign to run once a group gels as a team, it was quite popular with previous groups. If any of this sounds interesting to you or your group, please send me a PM, or post here. I try to check my favorite websites and email twice a day. Thank you for taking a look.

I will consider other games as well.

My game group is taking a break from their regularly scheduled campaign for a couple of weeks and I convinced some of the players to participate in an open table delve into the infamous Rappan Athuk dungeon. Character generation will commence throughout the week and the first delve begins at 2 PM, Sunday, 30 August 2015 at Hit Point Hobbies in Aberdeen, NC (again, this is an open table). Players are allowed to use any Paizo product for initial creation of their 6th level characters (due to an expected short turn out on the first day) and mythic tier 1. Players are allowed instant access to any mundane piece of equipment, but magical items will be distributed by character from me prior to the first day. They can be used, traded or given to other players, or sold for half their original price in order to purchase additional items.

I stress that this is not intended as a campaign which accounts for the advanced start and lack of requirements for character background and group knowledge (i.e. how they met). However, there will be a running log of how they do and how far they go (I mean how long they survive). SPOILERS will abound throughout this thread (just in case you did not already know that). All players are entitled to post in this thread and have their say, I will make this as entertaining as I can.

Hello all, I am a long time DM returning to the area after a long time absence. The last time I was in the area, I ran a game at the Gamers Guild in Spring Lake, but I see that the place has changed quite a bit since I was here last, so I am not only looking for new players (no experience necessary) but a stable easy location for the group as a whole. I have sufficient space at my residence (plus immediate access to all of my materials including books, minis (if I do not have a PC for you, it probably does not exist), and terrain), but I am not centrally located in the region.

I have been steadily building a campaign with material as far back as 1st edition, converted currently to 3.5, but I am becoming reinterested in D&D with the advent of 5E (I know nothing of 4E other than I did not like the direction it was going). I also have a smattering of Pathfinder material. I normally run games on Saturdays as it allows for long or short play sessions as needed, with the possibility to extend to Sunday in some cases of high excitement, but I am not locked into that time frame. We as a group have plenty of time to work out logistics as I will not be physically present until April.

Other games I may be interested in if you are include Shadowrun, Warhammer 40k (including Epic), Battlefleet Gothic, Star Wars, Renegade Legion, and various board games such as Axis and Allies or Talisman. If your interest lies with mine, feel free to contact me.

Hello kickstarter fans!

Here is another new kickstarter that is perfect for Pathfinder fans: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/brianberg/laying-waste-a-guide-to-criti cal-combat-pathfinder

As of the time of this posting it has almost funded, but there are a ton of stretch goals with another book dropped into here. There are also a number of add ons to go with the campaign. Please, check it out.

I am recruiting to round out a party of five. We will begin in early January and run a capmaign in the Forgotten Realms. Novice and beginners are welcome. Most likely, we will play on Saturdays and the game will be in English (My German is too poor to try, but maybe I will learn some more). I can be reached through the messageboards or my email: thedmstrikes@yahoo.com

I am looking for players in the greater Stuttgart area. I run a Forgotten Realms 3.5 campaign in english. I can provide more details if you are interested. My email is thedmstrikes@yahoo.com.

I have tried recruiting in this area before and it appears there are few to no gamers to be found, so if you have a stable group of folks in the Mannheim area, I may be willing to commute to that area once a week.

I have recently finished the healing process after breaking a leg and I am ready to start a campaign game up in this area. I am primarily an English speaker, but I am learning German, so all players are welcome. Please email me at thedmstrikes@yahoo.com with D&D in the subject line and I will respond with more info about the campaign.

Hello again all-

I am now imbedded in the community and have some of my material. I am ready to begin the campaign, I just need some more players....1 is simply not enough.

I can't beleive it took me an hour to type all of this out....

Sorry it is so long....

I am squirreled away in a small town near the Canadian border, called Watertown. Although I am not going to be here much longer, I have a new format for an adventure I would like to playtest. I have a couple of players already, but I still have room for anyone that has not had a chance to play for me before. All that is neaded is an open mind, some dice, and an idea of the character type you wish to play. Novices and begginers are encouraged to join up as this will be an excellent opportunity to learn how the game is played without being overwelmed by a huge ruleset. You will not even have to bring your books, I have that all covered...

Forgive me if I have mangled the spelling of the city. I am moving to this area in the Spring of 2008 and having never been there before, so I would like to get a jump start on a group that has an opening or starting a new one. I have been an avid gamer for the past 20 years or so (I remember 1st Edition when it was still AD&D on the shelf). I have a campaign arc that I run in the forgotten realms, or I can fill any character role in an existing game. Interested parties can post here or email me at thedmstrikes@yahoo.com. Thank you.

I have a group of gamers in this area and I am looking for more to add to the group. If anyone is interested, leave a posting or email me at thedmstrikes@yahoo.com.

O.K., I have enough people to start a game and we are playing Saturday nights around 6. If there are more gamers in the Watertown/Fort Drum area that would like to join in, I am still accepting new members into the group, just drop me a line.
