"We all go a little mad sometimes, haven't you?"
-Norman Bates

I only ever play as a Human. My friends and such tend to call me boring and unable to take risks but I just feel weird not playing as a Human.

I'm a long time Lurker.

I just feel like I've got nothing meaningful to contribute to discussions so I just lurk.

Do you have any plans for releasing a playable Jester class? Or even a jester archetype for a bard?

I don't mean to sound like a broken record here but thanks for all the advice everyone, it's much appreciated and has opened my eyes a lot I will strive to focus on my back story more then class I'm going to be etc...., thanks

I guess I never thought of that, thanks

Thank you guys for all of your help and advice!

Come up with a backstory you love, that touches your heart. Or die spectacularly. That works too.

I have come up with a character for an AP were playing right now that I will -hopefully stick with- an oracle following the bone mystery, focusing on you guessed it, necromancy

Hi My Name is Azaelas Fayth and I have a problem... I am addicted to making characters...

This is why I always setup my campaigns using a Guild or such set up.

I'll have to suggest this to my GM next campaign -currently we're playing the ROTRL AP-

There isn't a cure. The only treatment is, when you play, choose a class as flexible as possible. Like an evolutionist Summoner.

Thank you! I'll look that up right now!

That may be the answer I was looking for

Have you tried being a GM and making all those ideas in to NPCs?

I have, me and my friend rotate GM duties

Edit:
It helps a little bit, but it isn't enough to stop it at bay

I have a problem with characters in pathfinder; I keep getting bored with the characters I play -to the dismay of my teammates and GM- so I often build new ones and will swap them in the middle of the campaign. I hate doing it but I can't help myself, I'll look online or through the core books at character/race options and I'll say to myself "Oh that looks nice, lets build one of those as I'm getting bored of my current character" it's like a disease that plagues me as I would like to stick to one character like my chums. Does anyone know a cure? if so I would appreciate the advice. (sorry for the rant and if this is in the wrong section)

No, his BAB is +6.

The extra attack he gets doesn't count towards anything to do with BAB.

Ok, Thats what I thought thanks for clarifying this for me :)

When trying to figure out if a character qualifies for a feat that has a required BAB as the preresqusite and the character has a spilt BAB profile -I.e 6th lvl fighter- does he add both numbers together for the purpose of determining if he can take the feat?
Sorry this has been bugging me for some time and I can't seem to find anything in the rules regarding this.

Cheers

This is very nice thanks

? Sarcasm or being serious?

most people immediately think of the Game Bloodrayne... though I will Also state Rayne does lean more to the feminine side of Slavic/Romanian names.

I am being serious

I think the first thing we need to know is what is the culture you are having him come out of? Is he another tragic victim of ustalavic vampire attacks or is he the odd son of a voodoo witch doctor from deep in the mwangi expanse?

We are not playing in golorian, But my guy is from an area very similar to the lands of the Linnorm Kings

Thanks eveyone

I've decided to name him Fronar Hafler

Be a rebel, give him a name like Richard, Andrew or Lionel. You'll certainly stand out among all the other emo gothic wierdo Dhampirs:-).

Well I'm not an "emo gothic" I didn't know that wanting to play a dhampir would make me one I merely wanted to try something new is that so bad?

Thanks guys

What kind of name would a dhampir have? Do they have a unique name pattern or do they just use common names?
any help would be appreciated.Cheers
